loveee this place! I've gotten my nails done here 3 times already, all done by Tony. He is very attentive and is always fun to talk to. I got gel x the first time I came in, they lasted about 3 weeks before they started lifting. I get builder gel now, and I absolutely love it. They last 2.5-3 weeks even with my job as a barista. The store is very modern and clean. Staff is always kind and welcoming. Will continue to get my nails done here!

Love this place so much and it's now my go to nail and lash place! For starters I got a wispy cat eye set by Nina and she did such a good job. She was very sweet and gentle and honestly I was falling asleep during the whole appointment because of how relaxed I was. The choice of nail designs and colors are great and there's always something new to try. Anytime I get my nails done by Cindy I feel like I have nails a celebrity would have. The overall vibe and aesthetic of the shops is so clean and modern I love being there. From their wall decor to mini snack bar it's so easy to be there for hours. I definitely recommend going and bringing a friend for a fun day!

This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I wasn't able to get serviced because they don't honor apt. times at this nail salon. I had an apt at 9am and was waiting until 9:40am. When I asked them around 9:25 if I could please be seen soon because I have an apt at 9 and have a busy morning, she brushed me off and said I'll be next. It's now 9:40am, and I'm leaving now because almost an hour delay will throw my whole day off. Especially bc my apt is for a new set of gel X and that takes time. It sucks because I was getting them done for my birthday tomorrow, so now I'll have to rush to find somewhere else last minute that can take me later on today. I hate salons that have you wait and wait when you make an apt, it's a waste of time. Pic of apt confirmation is below.

Excellent service. My nail tech did a good job clean and perfect nails. I would recommend this place it affordable price for nails compare to other places in bay area.

Been going to Tiktok for a couple of months now, finally got a chance to write this review. Took me a while to find a nail salon and nail technician whom you can work with well. I would say it's always a hit and miss for nail salons in the bay area, you really can't tell from reviews until you've tried for yourself. Even though there were some minor hiccups at the beginning, I'm glad I've found Vicky as my go-to-person now for my nails! She remembers my preferences and keeps them to heart. Today, I did my first nail design (I've only done gel manicures with her) with Vicky, I'm impressed about her memory and the result! I only showed her the photo for maybe 10 seconds and she already remembered what I wanted. Also did my first pedi with Vicky today, it was very comfortable and relaxing, of course got my favorite pastel yellow color for my toe nails. Tiktok Lounge is pretty well decorated and clean, I would recommend if you are in this area.

Henry did an amazing job on my nails, the art detailing was on point and so was the shape i asked for :) the service was really good as well the atmosphere, it was nice and calm as well. I would definitely recommend coming to TikTok lounge for your nails.

I tried gel x for the first time with this fun design ! Vicky did a great job. I brought a picture in for inspiration and I let her do what she thought was best couldn't be happier.

In the beginning this place was hit or miss with nail techs. However, I did find one tech, Hannah. She's super sweet and does a great job on my pedicure. There are several other nail techs that are always busy and have return clients. They have a loyalty program that texts you random discounts and a discount on your birthday. Bonus!
