Do not buy your ring or any jewelry from here. The people who work here are super dishonest. Jewelry is meant for happy occasions and this place basically ruined my entire engagement.
I bought my fiancés engagement ring from here. We picked something from the display. I was charged for it and they said they’ll order in his size. The sales person at the time was nice and said they’ll Let me hold onto the display ring in the meantime calling it a loaner. just in case the ring doesn’t get here in time for the party. Everything seemed fine.
When the ring came in, I was obviously excited . It was a completely different ring. The color was black we ordered a grey one .My fiancé didn’t want a black engagement ring and that wasn’t what I ordered.
I had the loaner in hand to compare the two . See the photo. The manager of the store apologized and said that the grey ring may have been discontinued and the supplier just sends the next option since she’s simply entering in a skew to order .
I was sad as the engagement was nearing, she said let me try to order again. If it’s discontinued we’ll give you a REFUND. As she should.
Several weeks passed and I didn’t get the ring. I went into the store and said at this point I’ve purchased a new ring from another establishment . I gave back the loaner, and they refused to give me a refund .
How can a store refuse a refund when they never provided me with the thing I purchased in the first place .
I ordered a ring. You didn’t give me the ring. I need my refund.
Do NOT SHOP HERE.
It will ruin your whole experience for your engagement birthday or whatever occasion.
They’re dishonest. The rings are just being ordered from some wear-house , they have no clue about their inventory. There’s nothing personal here.
Do not shop here.
I’m currently disputing with my credit card.
Update: they rejected the dispute and are lying about the loaner. They are telling my credit card company that I never gave back the loaner.
This place is shadyyyy do not shop here!

Five Stars for The Diamond Ring Company at Great Mall (Milpitas)
I recently purchased a solitaire ring from The Diamond Ring Company at Great Mall for my wife as a mother's day gift, and the experience was exceptional. Tim and Abdul were the dream team! They took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and their knowledge of diamonds was impressive.
We never felt pressured, and they were incredibly patient as we explored different options. In the end, they helped us find the perfect ring – and at a price that beat online retailers! As a bonus, they even cleaned our existing rings for free.
The Diamond Ring Company has earned a customer for life. Tim and Abdul's outstanding service made all the difference. I can't recommend this location enough, and I'll definitely be sending my family and friends their way!

Kevin was a great help with the process of understanding everything about engagement rings, and through the entire customization process. Communication was easy, as I could call or text at any time and get updates every step of the way. Kevin made it easy for someone with no knowledge at all of jewelry and diamonds and was extremely friendly and helpful.

I’ve always liked this company and this is my first at the the Eastridge location. Asked me to come in on Tuesday to pick up two rings I already paid for. It’s a 40 minute drive and when I arrived they said they closed early although everyone was standing around in eye sight. Would not let me pick up rings on scheduled day. Waste of my time and money. I’ll keep going to diamond ring co. But definitely not this one again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a "custom" (basic ass) piece in sept 2023. It is the end of Jan and they still don't have it. When I placed my order they assured me 3-4 wks. I called in Nov and they said it was delayed cause of packaging issues and to wait another 4 wks. Gave them til mid Jan. No calls w updates. So I call them to inquire about my order. Spoke w their manager and she said another 2-3wks because it's coming overseas. Like huh? U want me to wait more?? If it was explained initially that it would be coming overseas I would understand and purchase something or somewhere else. But ofc not they look to make a quick buck outta anyone that walks through their door. Seeing their reviews of how shit their jewelry is I should've listened. Steer clear from this place and go to a real jeweler!

I recently just made my biggest jewelry purchases at this jewelry store in the Great Mall. I have shopped here before. The Jewelers and staff are awesome. I would not have been able to get these fine pieces without Abid and Isaq’s help with the substantial discounts they gave me. I can’t wait to get my next timepiece here.
