Very bad customer online & in store service.I share details on last Sunday I buy cargo paint which one not fitted so next day I go for return but the manager refused to give money back & reason’s given that this is final sales so we’ll not accept and go to customer service.I asked that there is not any where you displayed that this is final sale & I don’t know about final sales and in California legal rules that if you have final sales you must display on sight other wise you have to return money back .After interesting things happen on next days I called customer service because they closed on holiday & Saturday-Sunday and give details so they said if you purchase online then we do something other wise you go to store & why should store give you advice to go to customer serviceSo either manager is dumb or customer service because manager told me to contact customer service.So moral of story never buy any things where both services (in store & customers service) are poor .

The workers are rude as fuck. Just go in there and don't ask for help. Because they won't help you. The guy that works here is the rudest.

Hi, I see why they have 2.9 star cuz service is bad to most of customer . I bought two pairs of boots for my daughter keeping in mind that boots run diff size for the holidays and kept one tried to take another one back they wouldn’t take it back cuz it did not have sticker ( sku or stock number ) but i had my recipet. it was under 45 days according to their policy . the girl who was ther refused to give her name . store manger or DM name. Another girl spoke to Dm sain only way to reach him via customer service only.finally i left the store come home and wrote an email to Children Place customer service expailing the whole incident now 4 days went no one got back toe . Then call the customer service explain my self again and asked Do sales rep should give store manger and DM name to customer ? reply was yes.I spoke with manger today said it’s California privacy Law that they not suppose give there name but staff wear their badges but at that time i did not see her wearing badge.I am sure as a store manager or a DM they always can make exceptions .I can write on and on buy the issue is once you spend money at Children Place and don’t have STIKER for returning item you can not get your money back rather sticker is wet i. the rain , you don’t like the Item , your children took it off and, or misplaced.You Can’t get STORE Credit , Exchange nor Refund now you stuck your money there which never get it back .My thing is why wouldn’t you take item back if i have my receipt?Sticker is to locate the stock number of the item and price which is also on the receipt as well .So strongly suggest you guys if you going to shop there think twice buying the right Item keep STIKER with you to exchange . Children sizes changes pretty quick .We already going thru a lot cuz pandemic people have financial issues and someone keep your money and lift you with item you no long want it’s is pain full.Now you see guys how much i went through timely , stress and money loss until now. it took somuch time of mine to write this.Please guys always give your feedback To customer service experience at any store you go to that is the only way we can create better shopping experience for our new generation . Thank you

I loved the collection, pricing as well as customer service earlier. But now the customer service in this one particular store is really unexpected and very disappointing. I was in the store to return a price of shorts, that I loved a lot but was not a fit for my child. It was size 5T. At the store I found that I am trying to return after time limit of 45 days. So I can just exchange it. I was ready to exchange with a shirt. Again at the counter, customer representative asked me that I can only exchange the same short with different size. I requested and explained my point of view that this size is 5T and it is short for my child. Then I was asked to exchange for any other shorts. It's august end and now I am looking to have clothes for cold weather and not the shorts. Customer executive was rigid and continuously blaming the policies of store. Finally he agreed me to buy a fleece lower for my child in exchange of shorts. I was restricted to buy anything bottoms and not the tops. I purchased so many times from children place and loved my experience with stuff and customer service. But this store customer service is pathetic.I am damn sure, it cannot be the policy for exchange. I can exchange any product with any other product in store.I suggest to check with the executives in store.

Had a bad and disgusting experience with this shop. I bought shirt n bottom pant for my kid. Ofcours didn't wanted to bring my kid in the shop in this as covid situation.It didn't fit him I try to return it with bill and even with tag , they didn't take it back because tag was not attached with pant. I mean Why do you guys give bill if it doesn't work for customer and for you. ?Then suddenly they will give chance to exchange even if you don't want to purchase extra clothes they will make you purchase because they will not refund your money to your account.I bought two more t-shirt in exchange of one pant and paid extra money too.Basically anyway you are going to do their profit and your loss.

I'm 4'11" so I come here sometimes. They have a good size selection and I like their tights, shorts, and sandals. I came in yesterday to buy a pair of shorts for $12. After leaving the mall I looked online and found the exact same pair of shorts for $7. They also have free shipping. I do not live near a Children's Place so I won't be able to return the one I already bought. I wish corporate was consistent in their pricing because it was really annoying and inconvenient to pay more for the same thing. Maybe I should have checked online first. Their dressing rooms are also disgusting. Size stickers everywhere on the floor and walls. I'm not sure if they can price match but it's better to come here just to try things on. If you want to make actual purchases it's cheaper online and with free shipping.
