Susan is very helpful and accommodating as always. For as long as I had my little one, she was one trusted person who could be contacted to take care of her when I had to go out of town for work trips since I live alone and far from family and my cat was a little difficult to get along with other pets. But Susan could handle it and never had any issues. I always highly recommend The Cats Nest.

I left my cat at Susan’s for three times. Every single time, Susan takes care of our cat so well. Definitely recommend this place for any cat parents who need someone to temporarily take care of their cat.

I left my 5 month old kitten at ? nest and experience was great. They took care of our kitten and also were responsive in providing updates on how he was doing. Since this was the first time I was concerned but I don’t have any problems now leaving him again here.

Our cat is almost 16 and has chronic kidney disease. Susan takes wonderful care of him, and often gives us tips about his diet. My cat likes Susan, which says a lot. When I boarded him at the vet's he was a hissing and growling machine. I cannot say enough good things about Susan and the Cat's Nest.

Susan is awesome. I had Dimmu (10 years old) there for a little while. Susan is very Knowledgeable and caring. She is honest and reasonable.

The place has big capacity, and may have available boarding when other places are overbooked during holidays. The cages are spacious and The Cat's Nest provides food, which is good. The looks rundown though, and it is quite smelly -- understandably.

I'm incredibly happy with Susan's care & attention to my cat. She is very knowledgeable, with many years in the industry. My cat is being boarded semi-long term and I couldn't be happier. Every time I visit the cats all seem happy and well adjusted. This is a very safe, quiet, convenient place to leave your cat for a short or extended stay. I feel extremely content that my cat is getting the care & attention she deserves. The cages are spacious, and most are divided with the litter & food areas separate. The cages, and facility is kept very clean. I don't think I would the feel the same level of comfort boarding my cat at a vet or PetSmart. The location and rates are great. You wouldn't get the same level of care at a chain store or veterinarian office. I rest easy knowing that my cat is in very safe hands. Good job!

I boarded my cat here 4-5 days when I had just moved to the area. The level of cleanliness is high and Susan obviously cares about her feline guests. If I need a cat boarding service in the area again, I will definitely go back.
