Don't go here for any service. They are not a full T-Mobile location and only interested in selling. You will wait a long time to find out that they are not authorized or trained to do anything else. Worst part is they don't even know where to send the customer to get taken care of.

Worse customer serviceThe guy who was working there he was facetiming someone when I asked him for help to return a home internet device he said he couldn't help me because I don't have the shipping label.. I told him I called the customer service, and they said you guys could print it in the store.. he told me to go to Best Buy or Walmart to print it and come back . So I had to call the customer service again they called the store the lady said we couldn't see his return label.... so customer service told me to go back, and they will print it . I went back to that guy standing outside on his phone, so I told him what customer service told me and the spok to him, he said that I have a samsung phone thats why he can't print the label. Then he said the system is down ... this is unacceptable from t mobile ... this all was recorded with t mobile customer service

Visited the store to get an Apple Watch for my son Not to mention the employees have no idea what they are doing Brought a brand new Apple Watch the watch couldn't power up at the store they said once it's fully charged and give them a call When we got home power up and realized it's an used watch and connected to someone else's phone Immediately call and went back to the store They said manager it's on vacation they can't refund or do anything about it What a shady store selling used item Still waiting for refund

My mom and I spent a couple of hours here. Actually it was a back and forth from the two carriers. Won't mention the other carrier. We were served by Ashley. She was wonderful in helping us to get the right phone numbers. In all it took an hour and half. Must say major kudos to her. Yes, I definitely suggest her as well as this particular location.

The team at this place is awesome Ashley helped me set up my new phone she was patient and friendly I don't make reviews but I give credit when it's do. The manager offered me a water and the overall experience was a good one thanks guys.

Today my husband and I had a great experience with Albert and Jorge. My husband purchased a new phone and they got it up and running in no time. They gave me a lesson on it so I can explain it to my husband. Great work guys.

Really bad experience. I was trying to restore my SIM-card. The worker his name is Jacob and he was listening to music instead of helping me. I called to the customer service to verify myself, the worker inside needed to see my ID and communicate with the lady by phone. But he was scrolling Instagram instead of helping me and listening to music very loud…. What’s wrong with him? On top of that he was arguing with me:(((

I purchased a S22ultra from T-mobile store (Ranch drive, Milpitas, CA) on Nov 27, 2022.They had an ongoing promotion of $800 off. Since, I am new to the USA I don't have significant credit balance and hence the store rep asked me to put the entire amount of $1430 for the device. He promised I am eligible to get $800 back as monthly credit ($33.34 for 24 months).I was unable to see these details in my bill plan, hence I contacted customer care and the store many times and every time I was assured that I will get the credit in bill cycle and should wait for one-two billing cycles to get this reflected in my account.I have waited for a month and contacted them again, now, they are saying that since I had put in the whole amount the device is not on installments and the promotion is not applicable that was not my mistake it was done by store rep & Store manager . I tried to return the device but they are not accepting return.First they told me to wait for billing cycles and now they are saying no promotion applicable. I feel cheated, $800 is not a small amount, it is my hard earned money.

This store should be zero star. I came here in a Friday night to upgrade one of my line to iPhone 14. They told me I can trade in my Samsung S20 FE for $800 towards the new iPhone 14. Great, let's do that. After I signed all the paperwork, the sales lady brought out a charger, screen protector, and phone case, I told her that I didn't need them. She said " are you sure? They are free!" I am surprise and of course I would take them if they were free. So I paid the sales tax after trade in. When I got home, I found out the "free" gift were actually costing me over $120, I felt like I was an idiot for paying $39.99 for a screen protector. I was supposed to get an instant trade in credit of $300, and they deduct those "free" gift from my instant credit. Furthermore, the added an monthly insurance plan for $19.99 without my permission. I called the store and told them I need to return those "free" gift, the lady refused and said she wouldn't help me if I don't buy those super expensive accessories. Such a horrible experience.

My experience was terrible. Isme had me spend 2 entire days of my weekend without being of much help and just making me wait hours. I strongly suggest the store trains their employees well before assisting customers and making them wait for hours. She highly disappointed me.

So is this store a tmobile store?Again sick of this d*** workers who just wants to chat about their lives rather than assisting.To the store director or Leaders! Train this store! Properly

Incompetent staff when it comes to setting up a sprint phone which is now part of their network. They kept me waiting a long time and still couldn't help. Eventually they sent me to the great mall branch. It took 10 minutes to set up.Not impressed.

This location is the shitiest. The manager switched my SIM card from sprint to tmole and ever since then my phone is screwed up. I asked for the sim back and he never gave it back. Worse customer service. He needs to be retrained. A young African guy
