Went there today and the employees are so nice! Their shoes are so cute, I have wide and chubby feet and some of their sandals and heels fit me perfectly and make me looks good! I love this place.Thank you!

I walked by the Steve Madden store at the Great Mall in Milpitas today. I saw something that I liked in their window so I walked in. In the middle of the store was 2 of their employees engaged in a conversation. I was trying to look for a price tag on the bag I was interested in, clearly struggling and the 2 ladies just kept talking about somebody. I had to ask them for help and the one who finally approached me had an upset look on her face and said, “the price tag is right there” I asked for her name and she said Maria and stood right there and I had to ask may I please look at the bag? But by now I was already upset so I just left so they can carry on with their intense conversation. I’m not the type of customer who needs attention but would like it if I had a question.I’m sorry I interrupted their conversation.

If you go to any Steve Madden store, let it be this one. They have the best, most competent and from what I have seen, longest standing store manager. His name is Rogelio and he takes amazing care of everyone that comes into his store. He's helped me shop a few times and I've seen the way he interests with everyone he helps. The only downfall of the store is that not everyone working here is him.

They have very bad service the store opens at 11 a gril was inside and she don’t open it until 12 I tried to return some shoes and they didn’t have the box but when I bought them they did not give me a box and they dif not explain to me the gril had a very rude attitude

if I could have left 0 stars, I would. I never leave reviews anywhere but this situation at the Great Mall location left me speechless and disgusted with the staff. On Tuesday 10/12 in the evening I witnessed an employee kick a mother and HER CHILD out of the store because she was using a stroller. And it was one of the strollers the mall provides for customers. I overheard the associate tell this woman she couldn't have a stroller in the store because it was a SAFETY HAZARD for their store? Excuse me? Do you as a company expect mothers to not shop at your stores with their children? The associate said "I'm going to have to ask you to leave" and the woman was so confused and left. Absolutely disgusting behavior and a terrible look for Steve Madden as a company. If there's cameras in the store, check them. I've never witnessed anything like this before.

I really like to buy the sandals from here But today I had a worst experience in this store, when I went to buy a sandal the girl cashier with the specks was really rude,Being a cashier she should learn how to speak with customers seriously,Instead of taking out her stress on customer.

Very satisfied customer!!! Went in to exchange some shoes with my daughter that I got as a gift that needed to be bigger and the store manager was very helpful!! Rogelio was his name. Thank you for your great service its rare these days and it's nice to walk into a store and be helped in such a way that your happy when you leave. I will be back soon!!

I went to Steve Madden today to get some last minute shoes for a wedding and Rebecca and Rogelio were so so helpful!! They made my day! I highly recommend this branch, they made sure everything was clean, the deals were great and I can not emphasize enough how helpful they were!
