False advertising!!! Called to make an appointment for a Honda civic 2021 EX they have in the website, the sales guy I talked with made the appointment and made me go there just to tell me the car had already been sold and tried so hard to sell me different cars. Made me waist my time and had me drive over 40 minutes to the dealership for nothing. Such a bad experience. They lied so bad about “the cars in stock “

Very smooth experience with the test drive. Jason Lemar and Hamid patiently helped with all the questions we had regarding the car and explained all the options in detail which helped us to get a better understanding of the car we needed.

My service advisor sneaked in many maintenance items that are recommended in the vehicle’s menu. My car is 4 years old, regularly serviced. It only has ~25000 miles on it. My driving habit is light. I only agreed to the services because he claimed they are recommended by Honda. That turns out to be NOT true.
Checking the work done on my car against Honda’s vehicle’s menu, I found that
• Throttle body clean – not needed
• Crank case cleaning – not needed. This could harm the engine if not done well. Some mechanics don’t recommend it
• Mass air flow sensor clean – not needed
• Transmission fluid change - not due till 90,000 miles!!! My car only has 25000 miles
• Break fluid replacement – not due till 45000 miles
I went for a regular maintenance, ended up paying $1800 to get out the door, even after coupon discount.
I see similar comments on Yelp. I should have checked that.
They signed me up for Sirius radio service without permission. Now my info has leaked. I have to unsubscribe and request Sirius to not share my info. Such as waste of time.
I am not a returning customer.

Worst management especially the ones in the finance team. Never respond to any call even after repeated attempts. They do a lot of sweet talk at the time of purchase but they don't care once you are out with the car

Went in for an oil change and tire rotations. The staff here are friendly and professional did not have me waiting as my Honda HRV was getting service longer than I needed to.

I had the pleasure of working with Julie Nguyen to purchase a pre owned vehicle. I was connected with Julie through an ad on Facebook for the car I was interested in. I contacted Julie directly to set up a time to come in and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived I was prepared with all the necessary documents needed which made the process much smoother. I test drove the car and decided to continue with the buying process. I used to work at a dealership so I knew the process from start to finish would not go quickly and I was content with that. Overall, Julie and her manager were very helpful and professional during the entire buying process. I felt zero pressure to buy extras or change my plan. I am happy I was connected with Julie and the team at Envision Honda! I’m even happier with the purchase of my new-to-me vehicle!

Tam and Waheed were great! Initially went down to test drive the CRV Sport Touring since most dealerships didn't have inventory. Ended up making the purchase. Tam was exceptional and even helped to drive home the old car. Michael at financing was also great! Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Terrible experience!
Went to get information on Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring - will make you sit for hours, to find out later they are asking for $54k for a $42k MSRP car (markup of $6k by creating a fake demand spike - no other Honda dealership are asking for markup)
Within 2 mins, they dropped it down to $49k but a terrible experience from the sales staff.

I did not have a good experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. The salesperson would take hours to text me back. I finally got a hold of the sales manager and he was responsive. Before I drove 3 hours to pick up the car, I asked if it had two keys and they told me they weren't sure. When I arrived, I asked again, and they said they weren't sure. After I signed the paperwork and gave them a check, they told me it had only one key.
I sat there for an hour for the car to be detailed, and they didn't offer me a water or anything. When they delivered the car to me, it only had a quarter tank of gas.. Didn't feel like a professional experience, won't be going back.
