“Nice guy, a lot of shoes to try. Hours are not so great though. Google Maps said they were open until 5pm but the door was locked at 4:15pm. Still they served me well.”

“I missed the 7 day online survey window, so here's a Yelp shoutout: thank you, Quy for helping me out over the phone. I knew calling on a Saturday around noon and asking for a stock-check can be a pain at times, but Quy was super cool and asked if I could hold for a few minutes so he could run it. I was very appreciative of him doing that for me, instead of saying "no".Needless to say, the item I wanted was in stock and Quy was able to place a hold. Once I arrived, Quy introduced himself in person and was still very personable. Thanks for being awesome, Quy! :)”
“Salesperson M…e Is very helpful employee at this store, I’ve been buying Cole Haan shoes for very long time and I’ve owned without exaggeration at least 20 + pairs. Even though I was ready to walk out because previous employee had more important job to do then helping me find the right size, she took over and I walked out with 2 pairs in my size.”

Bought more shoes than I first intended but joann did bring up a good point "think of it like an investment". She even helped me try to take care of my shoes longer with shoe care. “I love Puma for its tshirts, jackets and specially shoes. This is not a big outlet though have some good options for good price. They had good deals on Black Friday so bought a few jackets and shoes. Return policy is also good but I would love to see more options.”

“I came shopping for my newborn and found so many cute things and there was a nice sale happening as well. I found a lot of things I needed and I'm glad because I didn't want to wait for shipping. I came with a new Carters credit card and I didn't know I was suppose to activate it before. The young lady at the register was nice and patient and told me what I needed to do to use my card that day.”
“They take a really long to ship online orders and when you contact them for customer service, they're not terribly helpfulHaving said that, they have excellent clothing and I'd you get it at the right time, good deals. I love their fleece hoodies in particular, which are comfortable enough to wear during cold nights, and nice looking enough to wear outside the house. I'll continue shopping on their website, though I wish they started using UPS. Their shipping through FedEx takes far too long and is fraught with delays, so when ordering, plan on it taking some 18-days for it to arrive.”

“I brought my son into Aldo. He got his first real estate license job. I’ll try to show him what kind of shoes and she be wearing. The store manager Abel took over and he said sir for new realtors people don’t know you’re supposed to wear these types of shoes and he started training my son about different stuff. And I was so grateful that this store manager had time to help me out. he left the impression on me and even though this all those farther away, I’d rather go back to this all now appreciate you Abel peace!”
“I arrived at the New Balance store right after a terrible experience at Adidas (next door) and was greeted by Felicia. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly seemed to care about taking care of her customers. Felicia went above and beyond when I was trying to decide on the best trail shoe for my foot needs. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even helped me order my size in a style that wasn’t in stock. I highly recommend this location and thank you for the excellent service Felicia!”
“Pleasant experience at the Asics outlet. Glen helped me and was knowledgeable and courteous. Decent selection and size range. Prices are comparable to online, but often, online photos and colours look very different in person. The red color online was actually neon orange in person. This stirred ne to a different shoe. It also helps to see other options and check comfort level, particularly in sports shoes”
“Columbia makes good stuff. The prices here at the outlet are competitive for some things, but some things are priced about the same as online.
However, check the pricing when you checkout. They have some tricky pricing or the computers are not matching the price listed. I bought a hydration pack that the price was clearly listed at $69.99. At checkout, the register put the price at $89.99. They did chang the price very reluctantly after pointing it out, but it took some explaining and debating my case. They still thought I was wrong in the situation. Sorry, but customers should not have to deal with that and have the prices correct at the computer registers.”

Lots of regular sizes and less unusual sizes which is good/opposite of normal outlet…minor brand so not picked over…”

It was an easy transaction and the person at the cashier was very helpful. I forgot his name but even if they were extremely busy that day because it was Memorial Day weekend, he did not rush and found the size and color that I needed. I actually end up buying more. “Nike Manoa. Sure, you can order them online but I wanted them right now, not later! I searched 5-6 stores, in multiple locations and none of them had them in stock. I had never heard of Finish Line but I called them, Eric said they had them in stock, so I headed in. As I was waiting, I looked for my shoe on the display wall and Eric confirmed they aren't on display. I bought two pair because I want one pair to look good and one pair I can work in. It's not a boot so don't even think about showing up on a union job site and expect to get by the safety guy. I think they look so cool! They have gnarly treads and with high tops, sandy beaches aren't an issue. The store was clean and Eric had everyone making it cleaner. I got the shortly after opening so I got in and out. Nice customer service, they had what I wanted, and no pain. Good enough for my five stars!”
