“After reading I was very concerned but by end of process it had changed my opinion.
We had appointment at 10:15 AM and we reached before 10 min and It was for my infant kid for getting new passport. Thank you to Suneela the passport agent who was very professional and helpful explaining everything. Suneela was super patient and helpful while communicating and collecting documents and Other colleague helping in taking the passport photos. Overall it was super nice ? and fast paced work.
All the process was done in less than 15 minute.

“This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait.”

“I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!”

1121 Montague Expy, Milpitas“I've come to the conclusion that you shouldn't trust online review sites as all people that had a negative experience will undoubtedly show their displeasure but the truth isn't the same the other way. I should know this as a business owner and I let everyone else's experience on here form an opinion that just wasn't true. I had a package being delivered to an address I omitted the apartment number of. I didn't worry because North Face, where I made the purchase online, usually uses UPS or FedEx so I though, "easy, I'll just request delivery on a different day or request a change of address". That wasn't the case for OnTrac. So I go to their website to try to get more information on this and income across all of these reviews which makes meworry for my $500 package. These reviews convinced me that package was as goo as lost. Turns out it wasn't. On the same day the package was supposed to be delivered I was able to reach a customer service rep and had him cancel the delivery and told me to contact North Face about requesting a change of address as that was the only channel possible to do so. I presume they heard from North Face that same morning I sent the request and they were able to deliver it the same day it was originally supposed to get delivered which out a hitch. I'm not saying these negative reviews are not real people's experience with OnTrac but they probably represent only a small percentage of all experiences. No one is rushing to post a review when they have a good experience with OnTrac. Which is what propelled me post my positive experience. Thank you OnTrac and everyone working on the background!!!! Not everything is as easy as people think it is. So happy I didn't lose my package like most of these people had led me to believe that I would.”
