I had an appointment at 2pm today, and when I arrived there on time, I was told that I need to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my haircut, and suggested that “I should go get some food and come back later”
It makes no sense for making the appointment, I booked it a week earlier and now I have no choice but to leave because I have other things to do after my scheduled haircut.
It was a really bad experience and a waste of time.

Good quality fast place haircut with reasonable prices. The place is conveniently located in a semi busy Asian plaza w all the necessities so making a small wait very bearable and enjoyable

I recently visited your barber shop and had a highly unprofessional encounter with one of your barbers. The barber was rude, disrespectful, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable in a customer service-oriented industry and reflects poorly on your establishment. Do not bring children here for haircuts. They have very little patience with children and may only treat Mandarin-speaking customers this way.

Love this hair salon!! I've been coming here for the past 2 years now and Johnny is the BEST and is so sweet! He's very attentive to detail and makes sure my hair is healthy in the end despite all the bleach I go through. My mom used to come here 20+ years ago and Johnny has always been amazing. 10/10 would recommend and to book an appointment with him prior to going since they get so busy! :)

Okay place if you desperately need a quick garage haircut/buzz. But the barber (viet guy) lacks aesthetic sense and proves challenging to communicate with, even with pictures shown to him. Actually, I take it back, it's better to find a garage barber elsewhere. NOT RECOMMEND.

Best hidden gem for getting hair cuts and highlights! I have been going for over 20 years and have paid 2-3 times more for cut and colors that are not as good.

We walked in for haircuts and we didn't have to wait long. There were 2 guys ahead of us. We waited maybe around 30 mins. Our haircut really only took 10-15 mins. We liked how fast Lucas cuts and haircut still looked good. A lot of other customers were getting their hair colored with the female staff and male owner. Price was ok. Easy parking in lot shared with other business.

Johnny and his team are wonderful hair stylists. I've been coming here for over a decade and have always received great service. If you're looking for a hair cut or any other hair needs, I'd highly recommend checking out this place.
