The first room they gave me was filthy and noisy. I asked for a change and they couldn't fix it and I had to stay the night in there. I was able to change in the 2nd day to a slightly better and cleaner room, but that one also had maintenance issues with peeling wallpaper and rotten bouncy bathroom floor. Won't be going back

On par with lower tiered Marriott properties like Fairfield and Courtyard which is why I think the room charges are low for a Sheraton. Lounge, if you call it that, is underwhelming to put it kindly. I have had better breakfasts at courtyards. Only had one kind of beer and “ran out of” everything else. The room had minimal lighting so it was dark. Cooling system was sketchy but we didn’t need it because the weather was nice. It was blowing air but it never felt cold so we turned it off so not sure if summer stays would be tolerable.
It must have been a nice property back 30 years ago but it’s showing its age and deterioration big time. I stayed here to test it for future large party reservations but I will look elsewhere although the two room suite was very spacious and the cost savings would have been nice.
They need major renovations but it gets the job done for a decent night stay.

The hotel is located right next to a very busy highway. Aside from the road noise, the entire night, all we heard was bass coming from the club on the roof. I went down to the front desk around midnight after being woken up around 10pm and having to listen to it for a few hours. I told the employee working the front desk that I could hear everything in my room and he told me he would call up there and tell them to turn it down. They didn't do anything. They offered to move my room but I wasn't going to go through moving all of my stuff when I shouldn't have to. The next morning I went down to the front desk and complained while I was checking out for the one night I stayed there and the desk man said that he couldn't make any adjustments to the prices of my room because he was not a manager. He says that there wouldn't be a manager in until 2:00 p.m. and we had to catch a flight so we had to leave. I ended up having to pay full price for my room that I couldn't even fall asleep in. They should have a disclaimer before you book your room that you probably won't sleep! What a disappointment!

Outdated rooms but comfortable and clean bedding. Swimming pool area was nice but pool isn’t heated so it was cold even when it was 80s outside. Our room wasn’t cleaned well but they quickly fixed it after we complained. The room started smelling like something is burning when we turned on the heater to warm up the room. Location was nice as it was close to great America. There was only one machine at the gym and even that was out of order.
The big fountain in the pool area was off or not working but the other one by the pond was on and it was nice. The restaurant on site was meh ? … the description of the food items was fancy but once we got the food it was very basic and not very good.

I thought the woman at the front desk was a scammer from a nightclub. She couldn't solve the problem. She only said that the manager would be at work tomorrow morning. Is the manager your backer? Does the manager have to listen to your orders? You are too arrogant. I don't know if you think the hotel is run by your family. I hope everyone will not be fooled. Although it's not much money, it makes people feel very happy. I also hope that the hotel management will check the surveillance to see how your employees cheat customers. Money is not earned this way. Even if you earn it, I think there will be retribution.

I booked a suite, but when I arrived, the front desk didn't tell me that it was no longer available. They checked me in and when I went up and opened the door, I found out. I went downstairs to find her, and she told me that the manager would be working tomorrow morning

Second time staying here. It is fairly central (in Milpitas actually). Quiet area off the main road.
Rooms are very large, and prices are cheaper than the hotels around it (I think around $60 per night cheaper than Hyatt House just several miles down the road). Good shower pressure with a tub.
Heated pool that is quite large.
The cons: Breakfast is not very good so I don't recommend paying for that option unless it is just a nominal charge more. Rooms are a bit outdated. Parking is on-site but charged. Not a suite (no kitchen other than a mini-fridge and sink).
Pros: big rooms, good service, rates are fair for the large 1 bedroom, and heated pools.
But I would recommend. Solid 4 stars.
