Dr Saini, Jay, and staff took care of our dog Lucy. I like Dr. Saini because he spends the first portion just talking to you about your dog and your dogs health and what has been occurring in the past and the present. I like how he takes his time to explain the situation. He is a caring doctor.

Updating on review. Still very happy with the way my Loki's ears turned out. They look better and better each day as he settles in to them. Couldn't be happier.

Really sad that I even have to write a review but my plan with this vet has charged me $70 a month and I was just given the news I will now have to pay $115. That's an additional $540 a year!!!! No reason given. When I told them I would probably need to reevaluate if I could even keep it, they did not care. Money hungry vet clinic.

Brought my puppy for his visit. Doctor was nice. Explained things well but I was not pleased with the clinic. The girls at the FD were not very welcoming, and the clinic is defnitely outdated for the amount they charge. I was very grossed out too because there were blood spots on the lobby floor, I just kept my dog on my lap. Not sure if I will be returning back

Took my dog for his vaccine shots and at the time of scheduling, I had asked what was the cost for the Office visit and for the vaccine shot I was informed by the young lady in the office the office visit would be $72.00 and his shot would be $38.00, however, at the time of check out I was charged a lot more than what I was quoted just the day before the office visit. Then when I questioned the over charge, I was informed we changed our prices but then J explained that I just called in yesterday and you informed me of the provided prices so how overnight did the price change. Then I asked to speak to the doctor then the doctor informed me. Oh yes we just changed our prices this morning. so it seems like there not on the same page. The office staff said the price changed the day before and the doctor informed just this morning, price changes are ongoing and the staff is on different pages so depending on who's going to visit may be a person that has a price increase, so keep your notes of what you're getting quoted for prices because it seems like they up the charges at time of check out.

We went to this vet for our puppy to get her shots. They gave us conflicting information throughout the process, at one point we were told she had 6 weeks left of shots, went in again 2 weeks later and they said she was finished. After her rabies vaccine we realized they never gave us her tag, called them to ask about it and they said they stopped giving those out (not all vets just them.) They did not call us to remind us about appointments, and we felt rushed through their process with little to no help about questions we had about her constant itching. Due to this confusion we will be finding a new vet and having them double check her vaccine history.

Had a great experience with Dr Saini and his knowledge with ear cropping. I wanted a subtle look, Dr Saini listened and gave me his expert opinion to my specific dogs breed. He exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Dr Saini and staff.

They did the ear cropping on my Doberman, ears look amazing, she healed fast and easy. Probably won't have the only vets from Salinas - San Jose to do ear cropping so they do charge a pretty penny. BUT, It was all worth it in the end.

My mom took our family dog here and when we finally decided to get a second opinion elsewhere, it was too late. Our dog came in with some issues over a year ago and the doctor explained she had bad kidneys and put her on renal failure food. Our dog is a picky eater, so a few months later she stopped eating the food. A couple months ago we brought her back to the vet because she was refusing to eat (a symptom of kidney disease). Again he told us her kidneys were getting worse so we tried to get her back on the prescription food but she wouldn't eat it. We returned the prescription food, was given some appetite enhancing medicine and that was it. No other treatment plan for her bad kidneys offered. A week ago we decided to get a second opinion because our dog wasn't eating at all still and she was very lethargic. Could barely walk etc. This new vet looked at her most recent records (which were from this clinic) and mentioned that her labs were really concerning already and she should've been hospitalized last time. She asked us if we gave her these two types of medicines for kidneys and we said no we were only offered renal failure food. The new vet ran new tests and the results were even worse than 2 months ago. By now her kidneys have failed. We weren't even aware that she had chronic kidney disease from the previous vet. We were only told her kidneys were "bad". Obviously this is our fault too as we should've tried our very best to treat her kidney disease, but if we had known what to do we would've done it. We ended up euthanizing our dog the next day, but we can't stop thinking about how much pain she must've been in all this time. And to put into perspective how bad things were, our dog wouldn't even eat steak when we tried to give her one last meal :(

We've been brining out pet English Bulldogs and Frenchies to Animal Medical Clinic with Dr. Saini for over 18 years now since we've moved in Milpitas. Aside from his honesty and professionalism, Dr. Saini is very helpful and with his friendly staff, Animal Clinic has become part of our 4-legged-family- members' their go to place whenever they needed to see their favorite Vet. Now that we have move out of Milpitas, in Alameda County-2 cities away, we will continue to bring our Frenchies only to Dr. Saini care & knowledge for their health checks and dog boarding needs. Thank you, Dr. Saini and the rest of your staff! Keep up the great job on helping our pets in their best of health!

Our two cats Auggie and Priya have been seen here by Dr Sani for over two years now and we have nothing but good to say about the staff and Dr Sani. The staff is friendly and takes good care of our kitties. And Dr. Sani is awesome! He is veterinarian that listens, quickly assesses and provides the necessary treatment without over treating. He's a gem! Robert & Garrin

We brought our doberman puppy to get her ears cropped here when she was a bit over 10 weeks old on June 16th. We showed them a photo of what crop we wanted and that's exactly what we got! Her ears healed perfectly after 2 weeks and they stand with only having done a few postings. We will continue to post for a few months just to make sure they will stand, but we are very happy with the crop and the aftercare we have received.
