"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."

SabrePC will not honor the warranty on HDDs or other products. They will lie over and over again until you give up. Avoid SabrePC at all costs. Dishonest company through and through.

AVOID SabrePC at all costs! I ordered an NVME SSD via Amazon Prime from this reseller. They mistakenly allowed too many orders to be placed and then asked me to cancel the order which is against Amazon policy. I contacted them and asked if they had a substitute or if they could help and they flatly refused my request even though I was willing to accept another inferior product that they confirmed was in stock. Other reviews show open box products being sold as new and broken products being shipped out knowingly to buyers. Beware!

ordered a nvme on prime day for a good price, once prime day was over and the price rose back up to normal, i was contacted by the seller to manually cancel my order so I would not be able to leave them a review because they ironically don't have it in stock. they could have contacted me immediately, but instead waited until sale was over and the price had risen back to original price. i Have reported there deceptive practices to amazon and that they tried to get my to cancel my order which is strictly against amazon policy.business is a cheat and very deceptive, if you value your hard earned money, spend it somewhere that wants and vaules your business, not somewhere that's trying to cheat you like this business is.

Bought a item on sale from them on Prime day. Was contacted a few days later stating that they didn't have the item in stock and asked me to cancel the order against Amazon policy. Horrible business.

Bought a Seagate 16TB HDD Exos X16 Enterprise Hard Drive (ST16000NM001G) hard drive from Sabre, that failed in 8 months, said they would honor the warranty, then once received said they would no longer honor it due to damage received during transit due to "improper packing" but fail to have/show any sort of packing requirements. Customer Support then stopped responding to any and emails sent to them. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere.

Not only was I surprised to find they had a Threadripper 3970x in stock, but it was at a reasonable price! Hundreds of dollars below any other online store or Amazon 3rd party sellers. AND overnight shipping! Great service, fast and friendly. They even called to verify the address, payment, and to notify me that they're sending it "signature required", which is awesome for such an expensive order.

Finally found a place that had a 3070 video card in stock and at a somewhat reasonable price. Shipped my order out a day after I ordered. Card is as described and brand new and works great in my new gaming rig. Would definitely considering buying from them again if the price is right.

*** STAY AWAY *** We have a suit pending submission in small claims court as the vendor refuses to admit responsibility and denies the drives they shipped us are sold by them. We purchased 4 of WD RE 4 TB Enterprise Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA III, 64 MB Cache - WD4000FYYZ Sold by: SabrePC All of these drives began failing in the last week (approximately January 18). One has completely crashed and the remaining three are throwing smart errors and bad sectors increasing. The MTBF for thsee drives is over 1.2 million hours, so the fact that they are all failing now is problematic. They are covered under a five-year warranty. We purchased the drives on July 25, 2015, so they should be covered until July 25, 2020. We've contacted WD who stated that since SabrePC is the OEM distributor, we have to request the replacement through them. Sabre denied our OEM replacement request saying they did not ship these drives. The only problem is we tag every drive we receive with the purchase location and original serial numbers. These drives were the ONLY model we had shipped to the specific site, the actual only time we even purchased this model of drive. We typically use WD Red, but this site had a requirement for a higher MTBF. Furthermore, to prevent issues we even take a picture of when the drives arrive along with the original packaging and serial numbers, which show they came from SabrePC. Lastly, they are the only vendor we ever purchased this model of drive from, so it made it very easy for us to track down. I bought online a GTX 1060 and unfortunately it came broken which could have been the shipping company I honestly don't know. However the were super friendly and willing to help me out any way they could. Will continue doing business with them just because of that, it's rare to find such good customer support.
