As long as you make an appointment, the wait isn’t bad. However, their phlebotomists are incompetent.
The first time I went, the person from room 2 missed 1 order and incorrectly ordered a qualitative instead of a quantitative test for one of my titers. My doctor wrote the lab orders very clearly and large too.
The second time I came to redraw and have a make up for their mistakes from the first time. This time, the person from room 4 was rough and rushing for no reason. The blood also stopped getting sucked mid-draw and she blamed her incompetency on me for “letting go of my fist” when she gave me 0 instructions- didn’t explain what I was suppose to do during the process like usual protocol. She also most likely pricked my bicep tendon bc it’s been hurting for a week now with no improvement.
I will not be coming back here although the location is closer to where I live because it’s an inconvenience when the workers mess up orders and aren’t good at their one job as phlebotomists. I considered giving another star since their customer service tried to make up for their mistake, but I didn’t need their accommodation as a quick walk in since I could’ve just made an appointment (there’s decent availability). Plus, I have to pay anyways when they made a mistake and caused me to have to come back another time.

I am ver Dissatisfied with the quality of service that I received. I still have a huge bruise from the blood draw and when she was drawing blood l, it was so painful. She was not effective at her work and caused a lot of pai. For me

Quest lab in Milpitas is the worst place to do lab test for people who has no access to do appointments. The waiting time without appointment is around 3 hours and the staff is rude.

They say walk-ins are welcome but it is painfully slow, it takes lot of time call standby list, they prioritize appointments. If you come without an appointment, you can book a time slot at the kisok and wait at the center or come back. But don’t wait without taking appointment. Appointment works way better than walk-in. Other than appointment, the blood work is good.

My phlebotomist, Marilyn (might be spelled a different way) was extremely nice, welcoming, comforting and did an amazing job! Her taking my blood didn’t hurt at all and she was very sweet!

After finishing blood test, I went home. But half an hour later, the phlebotomist called me to come back to get one more test which she forgot to do. I am not happy about that.

I don't have to fill out the paperwork manually, the phlebotomy technician filled out for me on the computer. I didn't have to wait too long even I came a little late for my appointment.

Very unprofessional and rude, did so many bloodtests throughout my life this is the only time the nurse did very bad. Did you really trained to become a nurse???? How can you make this bad side effects happen and being annoying for at least one week? It’s only one week passed my bloodtest, not sure how long this scars going to recover.

As a repeat customer with an appointment, why do I have to go through all the ID and insurance checks when I sign in? You do have all my info already on record!
