I went shopping in the United States and I arrived at the store in this mall with the hope of bringing some tennis shoes to Mexico for my girlfriend and when I bought them the girl who served did not check that the size of the pair was the same and I had to return the same day next from Menlo Park and the guy who was serving was very rude and got angry, he even said some anti-sounding words as if it were nothing without shame, when the one who should be angry is me, in short very bad service from the staff, be careful when go! I don't know who the manager is, I hope you can read it and line up your vulgar staff and tell them to have a little education.
In the end they returned it to me very angry and didn't even bother to look up the size, a disappointment on PUMA's part.

I am Manchester city club fan that’s why I always wear puma clothes shoes , half paint, t shirt, cap etc before one week I was bought 2 soccer shoes one is big size I want exchange but one big guy in front of counter bad behavior n miss behavior today before same thing happened so I recommend every one don’t go that’s store. He was took my I id card . His mobile camera. it’was law suit without my permission. I told him delete my id card his gallery but he didn’t.

I love Puma for its tshirts, jackets and specially shoes. This is not a big outlet though have some good options for good price. They had good deals on Black Friday so bought a few jackets and shoes. Return policy is also good but I would love to see more options.

I recently went to the puma store in hope of finding a good pair of shoes at a discounted rate. When I arrived at the store I noticed just how busy it was. There was a long line from the register to the back of the store but it moved fairly quickly. I only liked one shoe style that was displayed, but they did not have my size on the shelf. I asked an employee named Rebecca for a certain size. She informed me that they were sold out. I then noticed shoes displayed on the wall up high, and asked if they had those in my size. Rebecca told me she would go check in the back. To my surprise she quickly returned with the shoes and they fit snug. I realized that they were a little too snug and wondered if they had a bigger size. I didn't want to bother Rebecca again, because it was extremely busy there, so I asked a male employee and he helped me. He found a shoe size that fit me. The two male employees working on the floor along with Rebecca were professional, friendly, and quick with their customer service. When I was paying for my shoes at the register, Gabriel applied a discount that I had in an email. He was very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Even with the craziness of the busy and packed store, I was surprised to have received such great service from all the employees I encountered.
