Very poor response, always goes in voicemail, which promises to return the call in 24 hours, but they never do. I tried two weeks everyday to contact them, sent numerous emails, not a single reply or phone call. I cant believe these type of agencies even exists in USA who doesn't work at all and getting paid from our taxes. I am not sure if this is a private firm or government funded, but they don't deserve to be paid what they are doing.

I have been trying to reach them for a whole month. No email was replied. No phone call was picked up. No voice mail was returned. A whole month. Avoid this agency. If you are planning to buy a house with first time home buyer program, this agency will ruin your transaction. AVOID THIS UNETHICAL AGENCY!!!!!!

Horrible people skills. They refused to provide a service for choosing to opt out of giving them our social security number. Furthermore, Maria stated that we could still get the service if we paid a fee of about $200 or something like that (yes, in those very professional words) even after the person who we scheduled the appointment with over the phone stated that it was a free service. So much for a non-profit.
