Cathy, who assisted me with my documents, was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She wished me luck at the career fair, and, upon learning that I had just graduated, she offered me a fantastic deal (its a secret) for printing my resumes.I would definitely consider coming back .Thank you very much Cathy and I really appreciate you a lot.”

“This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait.”

I placed the order Friday afternoon and the team got it ready by Monday morning. I always had a good experience here whenever I need to print out presentations!

“I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!”
