Took my 2007 pilot here to get my power steering pump replaced. I had taken my car to my usual auto repair shop but they were closed and prior to me bringing my Pilot here the my mechanic advised me that I only needed to replace my power steering pump and had lifted my car up to show me where the leak was coming from. There was no leakage other than where he indicated to me. Fast forward to my car getting serviced here at Precision auto care in Milpitas on Main Road. They replaced my power steering and stated that my vehicle is all good and ready for pick up and that there shouldn't be any further issues. I took my car home and within two days my car was making loud squeaking nose like when there is power steering liquid shortage. I opened up my power steering reservoir and sure enough it was short on power steering fluid. I then took my car back to Precision and they told me, now its a Rack and Pinion along with leaking hose. I then stated that when I picked up my vehicle that they told me that there wouldn't be any other issues. The manager then states well you only told us to replace your power steering pump which we did. I then asked him prior to giving back my vehicle after replacing the power steering pump didn't they do a test run to verify that there was no leakage before releasing my car back to me because the contact person that called me indicated that my car wouldn't have any further issues with my power steering. The manager Mathew then stated, "we only did what you told us to do, that we don't do anything else. If you wanted us to do a full dynastic then we would've have done that and informed you". I was like, so when your done with installing a part you don't exam to see if there is any leakage of the pump or any fluid leakage after the install? Mathew said we installed the pump and that is what you wanted us to do. I then told him that I'll just take my vehicle and have it serviced else where. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED. They will put the blame on you and not take responsibility for their poor work. I would give no stars if possible. Horrible service and customer respect.

Great shop! I highly recommend. The manager Carlos was honest and friendly. My car was towed in, he found out what the problem was and fixed it immediately within 3 hours. I was in and out of there. Professional and kind mechanic service. And I didn’t pay an arm & leg. Thank you!

This is what everyone wishes all mechanic shops would be. Honest, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. There is no pressure to sell you on things or try to have you spend more. They tell you exactly what's going on with your car and their professional opinion and suggestion without any strings attached. Matt is an absolute joy to work with and so helpful. Very highly recommend!

Matt is incredible and what you wish you could have at every mechanic shop. He is honest, knowledgeable, not trying to sell you anything you don't need, and a man of integrity. We worked with Carlos also who was also great and super helpful! Very highly recommend if you want high quality work and even higher caliber of people.

Can’t rave enough about this crew. I have an old, high mileage car that has never given me issues but had a bunch of things come up over the past 2 months. Matthew and team were extremely honest, fair, and communicative and honored the warranty when more things came up after the initial repair. Will continue to return to this shop for anything else in the future!

Precision Tune Auto Care is simply amazing! Mathew and Carlos are fantastic, and everyone there is so wonderful. They really came through for me when my car needed attention. I was here for my wiper and oil change. They were quick and efficient . Fixed my car almost immediately. So I decided to get my full service done here. They were very prompt and upfront about the costs and provided excellent service. I would totally recommend.

I've been going here out of convenience due how close it is to where I reside however twice they didn't put all the fluids in my vehicle for my oil change and told me it's because their busy on Mondays. It shouldn't matter what day I go the work should be done since it's what I'm paying for. Then I noticed my windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled after another oil change and the guy was rude to me when he put the fluid in stating it looks wet inside the fluid container eluding to a possiblw leak however if that was the case they didn't say anything about a leak. I recently found a blue paper towel under my hood which is what they use in body shops. All the times I've gone to get my oil changes they've never once changed my air filter. I went to the dealership for a recall issue and they said it needs to be changed and this was a week after my oil change. I need some work done but dont trust going back here unfortunately.The response from your shop us absolutely reflect the unprofessional staff.I've been going there for a few years the management has recently changed so you may not have been there when I was taking my vehicle. What I stated was absolutely FACTUAL. How dare you state otherwise. Instead of trying to rectify the issue you try and turn the tables. I didn't say the blue towels are a for sure thing however I was suspicious baSs on the previous behavior.Please feel free to call me.
