There is a guy name called peppito at front desk. This guy doesn’t know how to behave with guests. Store will loose customers if you keep entertaining this kind of guys. Worst ever response. Will be the last time I will be visiting this store

Terrible company, don't deliver product, don't give you a refund, don't have customer service at all. Phone number tells you to email, and once you do you get an auto response every time.Buyer beware

I start a new job soon and needed a new, more professional wardrobe. I went into Perry Ellis at great mall in Milpitas and told Chris what I was looking for. He was super helpful in taking my measurements and helping me find fitting shirt and tie combinations. One of the most helpful employees I've encountered anywhere and I really hope he earned commission on what I purchased from him. Great work Chris! Thanks for making me look good!

We stopped by here on a mission to "restyle" my brother. The store was empty-ish when we came in, and when my brother mentioned the look he was going for (smart casual), the salesperson (Alex) working at the register joined us on said mission. He was super, super helpful and found an entire outfit of pieces that looked great and were all basically exactly what my brother was looking for. There was zero pushiness at all and seemed to have a genuinely good time just helping us out and finding what they had that would fit what we were looking for. (I'm honestly genuinely hoping he gets a commission because I feel like this kind of customer service is pretty hard to find these days.) Just as an aside, my brother updates his wardrobe something like once every 5-10 years and balks at the thought of spending more than $20-30 on an article of clothing. We walked out with a shirt, a belt, pants, andddd shoes, so I feel like that's definitely saying something. (Thanks so much, Alex!)
