No recommend this place for eyelash extensions. Don't waste your money here. You can find a better place with cheaper price. The lady who did the eyelashes extensions for me that was super rude while putting fake eyelashes on my own lashes which makes me really uncomfortable!! I can feel that she tried to get it done as fast as she can so she can go home early?maybe?Really unprofessional !!Avoid this place!

I like they can do different style, but this is my new nails. And they forget my appointment, And it took me a lot of time to discuss with them, so they can schedule a new time to help me fix this nails. I did my nails at this store three times, and I went to the store five times to fix the nails. Terrible experience. I paid lots of tips too.

Thank you Lilly for doing an amazing job on my nails. I really loved how they came out. Simple and cute! First time here, and I think I found myself a new nail place to go to (: She was really nice and polite and made sure I liked the my nails before leaving. Definitely, will be coming back!

Such a bad experience. I booked a basic facial with an introduction price of $89. But the lady who welcomed me and did my facial highly recommended me to upgrade it. So I tried a hydrating mask with the basic facial with an introduction price of $128. The lady did everything so fast--Finished within an hour including a 15 min mask with blue or green lighting. After the facial, I had white residuals on my hair, and a circle mark on my forehead (which she insisted not caused by her or their equipment).

Discovered this place early 2020, but haven't had the chance to go back due to current events. Finally had an opportunity to grab an appointment and was happy to find out they have been careful about sanitizing and maintaining social distancing with their seating! Ada does a great job, and both times the girls have been very meticulous about not leaving any bubbles. (: Edit:// I just want to add that I've read some negative reviews on this place and I don't think people understand the difference between Japanese style gel nails and regular acrylics/gel. Which, I'll add- is terrible for your nails and look messy/break off in the first place. I'd suggest doing some research, looking on pinterest for design ideas, and understand what service you are purchasing before coming in and expecting them to paint your nails a single color for $10.

Did a gradient nail charged me for $60. didn't tell me at beginning. I can accept this since I found it in price list later. Then added another 20$ for matte and strength. The most ridiculous thing is that she told me to pay $100 in total added tips ???? Excuse me that's like 25% tip. I thought it's standard for everyone but my friend wasn't asked for tip by the person who did her nail next to me and she only gave 10% tip. I didn't want to argue or ask money back because I already paid but I Will NEVER come back again or recommend to anyone. This is pure robbery.

I. Wish. I. Found. This. Place. SOONER! For the longest time, I thought that I needed fake nails in order to have super beautiful nail designs but it turns out I was wrong! After scrolling through Yelp, I found this nail salon close by. This nail salon specializes in Korean and Japanese nail art. I looked through all the different designs they have done and fell in love! I learned that pretty nail designs could be done on shorter nails! This is perfect for me because I can't have long nails for my job. Anyways, I called in this morning and asked for an appointment, they were able to see me 30 minutes later. Super convenient. Right when I got in, I was able to be seen promptly by Lily. She was very sweet and attentive. She asked me how I wanted each nail before creating the design and offered her input as well. I'm absolutely in love with the star and moon design she came up with! Thanks so much!

Sent an appt. request 4 days ago. Still no respond! I guess they don't want my business.. According to Yelp, appointment respond time is less than 20 mins Maybe they just pick and choose who they want to reply to depending on the service? Anyway, there's plenty of other nail salons to choose from

A very nice nail salon to visit if you're ever in Milpitas looking for a place to get anything from mani/pedis, eyelash extensions, etc. The interior of the salon is very neat and clean, with adorable decorations and plenty of pedicure and nail tech stations to accommodate for busy days. I got a gel manicure with constellation inspired nail art. The price for the gel manicure alone was $40, with each additional finger with nail art being $5, which totaled to $50. Although I was surprised by the heavy price tag for my personal budget, the nail tech did a very good job of paying attention to detail. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for the Japanese/Korean nail art trend because they offer a range of nail art supplies that will create any look you want!

I love this place for everything. I got my eyeliner here, eyelash extension, nail art, and skin care. It is really a great place that you could enjoy the every thing!!! They create beauty!!!! Omg! Highly recommend!

The nail artists here are awesome! In addition to doing an amazing job and paying so much attention to details, they are friendly and patient. I've never had a better time getting my nails done. They are not trying to finish a job fast and get you out of the door at all. They truly care about making sure you are happy with your nails - actually, I think they cared about how perfect the nails are even more than me! I felt like I can really trust them - I didn't feel like I had to examine my nails to make sure they looked good - I knew they were good! They were attentive and even made suggestions for things I can try in the future that would be good for my nails! Definitely coming back.

I used to give 5-star for nail, now im changing to 1-star for the rude attitude from the facial lady. The facial lady is sooo arrogant and rude, like when i have questions and am interested in their different facial items and would like her to introduce more, but Omg, she is acting like she does not want another client like me that she replies in a mannner which sounds really rude and impatient, making me feel very uncomfortable. She never smiles during the whole process and my husband and me are very shocked by her attitude. We r here for service not begging for anything right? We r interested in buying package before doing the facial but now, thanks to that ridiculous lady, im never coming back.
