as i entered the store, some fat guy with a beard is there and before i even ask him a question, he tells me “no” with a straight face , i thought he was joking but no he kepts a straight face. I asked for a item and all he tells me is “No” “we dont have those” he didnt even look it up on his computer or anything, ive came in other times and other employees go on their computer and atleast help and look, the most disrespectful worker is the fat guy with a beard, plain up just told me no with attitude

Do not prefer this place, I was waiting in line. While I noticed the worker Arturo was talking and laughing with his co work. He looked at me twice while I was waiting in line and then once he was done unsteady of helping me, he helped the next customer who walked through the door and brought them straight up to the register to help them while I was still waiting. Another worker noticed that and said he would help me next.

This store has made me struggle too many times whenever I want to change parts they don't want. To change, they make all kinds of excuses and send me to change until San Jose or somewhere else ?????⭐

It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.

If I could put no stars, I would. this store has incompetent ppl there. One young person puts me on hold. I waited a few mins. Then another young, rude person picks up the phone to ask me if they could put me on hold again when I was going to say, why did you pick up the line then...he immediately said, can I put you on hold, I'm busy. I said, "you know what" and hung up. That is ludicrous, I will never go to that store again. I guess O'Reilly doesn't care about their customer service. Pls put ppl that appreciate a job or want to be there. What an experience on Thanksgiving- Thank you O'Reilly for not caring.

Wow!!!! Literarily a store full of dumbbells. Needed to get a banjo bolt, these morons are so dependent on the computer to get them the answers that they couldn't comprehend that the bolt that I needed wasn't the bolt that the computer was suggesting. But since the computer said they didn't have THAT bolt (still not the bolt I needed) they weren't able to help me. After going back and forth with some old employee for 30 minutes and getting called a crackhead (why because your incompetence was irritating me?!?) i find the bolt I need in their dorman department. Even after telling them I used to work for O'Reilly, these idiots still went out of the way to insult me and give me every what reason not to continue to help me. Good help really is hard to find I guess. But y'all still gotta at least educate y'all employees and FastTrack doesn't teach those that don't want to be there witch is 90% of y'all employees. So y'all need to do better. And watch it with the name calling. You might be old, but I can still hear what you're mumbling to your dusty ass self and next time. I'll teach you some respect. You old fart.
