Prestige mobile home repair did a excellent job, fixing holes in the floors replacing old rugs and replacing with panels. It looks great and feels good. Tony Boss was so kind and his workers were really efficient and respectful. Would highly recommend them for mobile home repairs.Linda Quinones Fremont

We met with Mr. Alexander (Alex) Holt - Habitat's Director of Home Preservation for issues regarding our old home on Tuesday 1/25/22. He was very helpful. We originally hoped to only get a new Air Conditioning unit, but Mr. Holt and his team decided after meeting with us, we should get both, a new AC and a new Heater. :) Habitat for Humanity, contracted with Prestige Manufactured Homes (John Accra.) The Prestige Manufactured Homes Team, worked with Dave McNall, and they worked on our home for the week of June 14, 22. We are very happy, everything is working well. :) We are enjoying our new AC this very warm Summer 2022. :) Thank You Alex, & Habitat for Humanity. Thank You John Accra - Prestige Manufactured Homes. Thank You Dave McNall - Dave's HVAC.

While I'm sure they do excellent work in helping the community, there furniture pick-up service really needs work. The first thing that was pretty inconvenient is that they're not allowed to enter your home. So my wife and I had to wake up early (before work) to get a couch & armchair out of the apartment, per their requirements. My wife and I scheduled a pick up for Tuesday morning, and the driver didn't show up until 1:30pm. I understand that things get busy, but it would've been nice to have a courtesy call to update us if they were going to be late. When they did finally get there, they refused to pick it up because, "it had pet hair on it". While we do have pets, we had cleaned it beforehand. Because we needed to put it outside (per their requirements), the any neighborhood pets were able to sit on it. If they would've just picked it up from the apartment, we wouldn't have to waste our time with this. If you're considering donating to them, I highly recommend that you don't. You're much better off either selling it on your own, or scrapping it.

They do some serious social work. Besides the passion of volunteers is quite inspiring. The whole concept of building and painting a playhouse is fun and productive.

The driver that came to take out the items was rather unfriendly. He said that he is not allowed to enter the apartment (but how else could he remove heavy furniture items?). He refused to take a sofa and matching chair because it apparently had stains (actually hardly noticeable). This is a charity. We (the customer) are not getting anything, just giving. I suppose the organization should hire more friendly drivers.

Some old stuff are too old old. Not worthy that high price but to sell them at all
