Be warned, this place will scam you.
First they will quote you a reasonable price, you sign papers, agree to that rent costs and you move all your stuff in….
And then, as if like magic
every few months they will increase the rent.
In three years, they have literally raised rent FOUR TIMES!!!!
Not small increases either.
$239 becomes $380
by next year they will be charging me double what I was signed up for
This is legal in California and you will have no recourse.
They obviously do not value their long-term renters and this is just a scam to get more money out of you. They understand how expensive it is to move everything out again.
They give an excuse that their operating costs are going up. Please. They have like two employees.. What operating costs???!!
Nearly doubling my rent? Should be a crime.
On top of this, there is a sad dog kept in a little apartment above the office, who is constantly howling. Obviously left all alone and bored

Customer service is top tier, everyone is so nice that I’ve interacted with. They’re very nice and flexible and always available to explain things or answer my questions. I appreciate the staff here and how secure things are. One time I left an item for days and had no idea and they saw it was me on camera and kept it and confirmed it was mine when I returned a week later- they didnt have to do this but I appreciate little things like this. It goes a long way.

I needed to close out my business suddenly in the Bay and working with Kham was a very good experience. Ive had many stoage units over the years with the big name companies. The service, support, and pricing deals you get with North Milpitas Self Storage are incomparably better. Dont go with anyone else in the area.
