I arrived at the New Balance store right after a terrible experience at Adidas (next door) and was greeted by Felicia. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly seemed to care about taking care of her customers. Felicia went above and beyond when I was trying to decide on the best trail shoe for my foot needs. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even helped me order my size in a style that wasn’t in stock. I highly recommend this location and thank you for the excellent service Felicia!

The woman at the cash register on July 8th was very rude. She was very impolite and her tone was full of attitude. Even though I purchased two good pairs of shoes, the checkout experience spoiled the day.

Store was clean and tidy.One person running the sales floor. Selection was okay. Nothing beyond the basic colors and styles. Prices are a bit high. Can get better prices and styles at the department stores. Don't rush to check out this shop. But if you happen to be here, not the worst choice.

My wife buying shoes from the store . The next day we try to return it because Shose was not comfortable her feet was hurting . They don’t wanna return Bad customer service .
