The worst customer service!!! I was eyeing a dress in the window but all of the sizes on the rack were L, XL, XXL. I'm normally a S-M. I decided to try the L anyway. I asked the associate if it was possible to try the one on the mannequin in case the L didn't fit (It didn't, it was too big). She said she would get someone to take it off the mannequin for me. A guy came out and told me that he couldn't take the dress off the mannequin unless I'm going to buy it. I asked how am I supposed to know if it fits unless I try it on??? He told me to try on a different dress in the same size on the mannequin. (Sir, not all dress styles have the same fit!). That's fine if they can't take stuff off the mannequin, but just say it to begin with. Don't give me BS excuses. I just walked out annoyed at that point and am never coming back. Apparently this store doesn't realize its purpose is to TRY to make sales.

terrible service, i went to return item , they told me that can not return the online item because system get problem need to fixed 2-3 weeks ? tbey can make the exchanged for me if i take another item in store !!!! if the system proble how they can do its ???? how they let it fixed for long time !!!! terrible services never come back again , that why the sale is slow down

Had a very bad experience in this store on 18Feb. The lady at the checkout counter was very rude and not even listening to us. Refused to call her manager. We left the stuff on counter and walked out and she mockingly shouted "have a nice day". Never buying this brand ever now. In any case they have closed all stores in bay area. Thier online quality is terrible.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! Not polite service, the manager refused to accept the return. SHE WAS OVER RETURN POLICY ! DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED RIGHT.

Customer service was horrible. I wanted to return an item purchased online, and at first the lady asked for a paper receipt. The next time I went there with a paper receipt, they told me that our internet is not working to accept returns while processing payment from another customer in front of me. Spare yourself and never buy anything from Nautica

I went for a jacket and I couldn't find the one I wanted, I found it in another store that wasn't this one, they had small or very large sizes.
