This is for Valley Fair, Santa Clara. They have no site to post. Avoid visiting Michael Kors, Valley Fair at all costs. The manager, Sheila, is incredibly impolite and unhelpful. She speaks softly but accused a customer of yelling. I attempted to return and exchange an item I had purchased in-store, which was later mailed to me. Strangely, I never received a receipt for the item, even though I bought it directly from her. When I inquired about a return, I was informed that I was two days past the 30-day return window. Sheila insisted that the only option was to exchange it for a different size, but I had no interest in keeping the jacket. When I requested to speak with a district manager, she claimed to report to no one and held the final say in all matters. She eventually provided me with a contact number, but the service center was closed when I called, and she had no knowledge of their operating hours. I then asked if I could receive a store credit, to which she promptly refused. When I inquired why I couldn't make another purchase, she contradictorily stated that I could. This manager appears to fabricate rules and is extremely discourteous. She even attempted to involve her two sales attendants to discredit the customer. Fortunately, another kind customer reassured me, saying, "I'm sorry for how she treated you; you never raised your voice." I strongly advise against making any purchases from this store. If you're looking for Michael Kors items, consider visiting Nordstrom instead.

Went there on Friday night, when there wasn’t a lot of people. However, their staff asked us to wait in line while there is absolutely nobody waiting. I don’t think a waiting line is necessary at that time. Not sure why are they doing this, pretending to be popular? Lol.

Rude cashier.Maybe Bunch of new hires for Mother's Day.Lot of discrimination.Sales rep think they own the store. Especially two of them.They need to train their staff .They lost not only my business that day but few others who saw what happened also walked out.Soon will upload the video.

The staffs on the floor were pretty friendly and helpful but the manager needs to do something with these cashiers folks. They don't look happy at all and are taking it out on customers and also abusing the terms "it is the store policy". They gotta know they are not the only MK store around here. I decided to purchase all my gifts from another store.

I have a terrible experience at the Michael Kors store in Great Mall in Milpitas today at around 2pm. I got help from a nice person who helped me to pick to items from the men's store. I picked a bag from the women's store. When I checked out, I asked to have the men's items in one bag and the woman's item on a separate bag. The cashier told me it costs me 10 cents for a bag. I agree. Then she told me it is the "store policy" that I can only have 1 bag. I explained that these items are gifts that go to 2 different persons. She explained that the policy does not consider "gift' base. I was patience and offered alternatives. I asked if she can run them as two separate transactions. Her response was "it was customer base". Then I asked if she can consider me as a "customer' and my 'hubby who was with me as another "customer". She said "no". At this point, I felt there was no point to continue the "ask". I don't belief Michael Kors would set such policy. To proof my point, I drove to Michael Kors in Livermore. At this store, the floor person was helpful. They helped us to pick the gifts as well. The cashier was very helpful. When I asked her to pack the gifts in 2 bags and give me separate receipts and gift receipts. She told me "sure". When I looked at the receipts, there was no charge for the bags. Management at Great Mall, please look into this problem. Thanks.

Had a horrible experience at the Michael Kors store at Great Mall, Milpitas today. I went to the billing counter to check if they accept returns for items purchased online. There were two women who had absolutely no idea about how things work and instead of helping me they asked me to step outside until I can figure things out. Is this how a customer needs to be treated? We value these brands so much and they take us for granted. Extremely disappointing!!

Very bad experience. I recently went to return a shoe. First time when I went they told me they need the same card which I used for purchase only bill is not enough and they removed the cover from shoes. Since i bought this with my friend card I didn't have card at that time. Next time when I went again with card they are telling me they can't return it as it's not in selling condition.Worst customer service.

I have been to better MK Outlet stores. This one has unfriendly staff. One of the cashiers tried raising her voice at me (so I needed to raise my voice too, which is not me) when I was paying. I was told per store policy they couldn't give me extra (small) bags -- even though I bought 6 purses. They needed to go in ONE big bag even though I told them they'll be gifts for 6 different people. Didn't like the vibe in this store.

Great store with some very good deals. Service is very helpful and staff super friendly although when it comes to buying there was a huge queue and it seemed to take forever with only a few cash registers open on a busy Sunday afternoon. Still highly recommend visiting.
