This car wash is open. I've been getting my cars washed here regularly the last 6 months. No issues. I saw some folks complained about employees not speaking English. Didn't have any issues in communicating. Have been to other car washes where many employees didn't speak English.

It's super nice to know someone will take care of your car and you don't have to worry about it. The guys are great and pay attention. They just need to wipe the windshield inside better it fogs out a lot when not properly done.

Chevron station # 0206864, we were getting gas when a car near the shopfront back into our car, we went to see the driver who caused incidents, ask her to show car insurance & ID, she said: "yes i have car insurance..." ends up she didn't gave us any insurance info. nor her drive's licenses. :( thanks to the Chevron cashier lady who came & kept telling us" just to let the women go because she's crazy..." during her interfering, the women got on car drove away. so i went in to the store try to understand bit more about the driver, but the lady cashier was not cooperating any informations and still kept saying the women were crazy...reach the point, i starts wondering if she knows the driver in person? another male cashier-Gerard was there but does the same, won't tell anything about the driver. upset + disappointed the way this Chevron station treating their "none crazy "customers, show "no respect " "no care of their customer's safety and welfare"... i 100% not recommend this business until they show improvement of customer services skills.

I used to love this place because they'd leave my interior super clean. Now a days, they charge $44 for a car wash, don't clean interiors (seats, steering wheel, etc) and claim to include vacuuming in their package. However, the last two times I've been here they've worked on my car for 5 minutes and handed it back. Since the car wash is automatic, you're essentially paying $44 for water since you do not get what your supposed to receive from a cleaning perspective.

Save your money and don't come here. They'll take your money and you'll have to clean the car yourself. Worst experience ever. Came here and paid $50 for car wash plus a $20 tip and the employees didn't even properly wipe down the car, both inside or outside. When I asked them to wipe down the interior, one of the guys said something rudely in his language and told me that it's an extra $20 per car seat. When I informed him that this is not listed anywhere on their pricing, he half heartedly wiped down the seats. They didn't even bother to wipe down the sides of the car or the steering wheel and walked away from me when I asked them to. He also kept saying "I've already wiped it down." I'm not sure who the owner/ manager is, but please train your employees to properly wash cars and to stop quoting prices that are not listed on your pricing list.

Beware if you're not paying over $55 for the car wash, it's not hand washed- it was prewash with some spraying and then through an automated car wash. I immediately regret this not realizing it and my poor car now probably has scratches from all the brushes. And although if you choose "hand wash" they're using a long brush to scrub and didn't seem that thorough. It also looks like their brush may be a little abrasive so unsure if you're getting a good deal for the price you're paying. The one I paid for was $29, basic vacuum and wipe down of interior and car wash from a machine. Did a decent job but tbh it is only $29- what do you really expect??? I know the men here are hard working but the gotta be more attentive to detail esp if you want tip. They work on probably a minimum wage basis so also be polite. You come here because you don't want to wash your car yourself! Definitely agree on speaking up if you see something isn't quite cleaned and they do re-wipe it. I personally wouldn't return only because I feel like I'd get more scratches on my car then getting it cleaned .... The gas station owner is super rude and stand-off ish, doesn't know basic customer service at all. I went in there to get change for tip and he didn't ask how I wanted it and just handed me all $5's.

60 dollars hand wash This is by far the worst car wash that I've been to. After I pointed out the spots that they missed, the employees looked at me as if they do not know how to get it clean. I really feel bad for them and try to suggest ways to make it better but got no response. I had to borrow their towels to wipe the rest myself. Please properly train your staff so that they have the skillset to do their job properly. For 60 dollars, you would probably be better off buying a hose and DIY. Not only would you save money but you would also get a much better result.

I've always been to car washes just like this, but never the kind of experience I had. A gentlemen ACTUALLY hand washed my car, prior to driving through the car wash (Car Washed TWICE), then someone escorted my car to a spot where he hand wiped my car to the detail, vacuumed and tire shined my wheels. Best $29 dollars I've spent on my car. I was hands down impressed and extremely happy with the service, I'm definitely coming back again!!

My kids and I went to fill thr car up with gas and decided to get a carwash. We purchased a wash (basic) for 17.99 and proceeded through the gate to get into the car wash. Once we got inside the carwash the whole wash stalled na dleft us stuck inside for 5-7 minutes. Nothing was working and we weren't moving and one of the workers came in to tell em I have to drive out automatically. I asked him if this would damage my car abd ge just started yelling drive drive. I drove out and when I finally exited he told me I need to drive around to the line again and wait to go through. I told him absolutely not and I wanted a refund. He started yelling no refund no refund and banging his hands on my window sill. I rolled my window up and darted to call the main office as my 3 y.o and 6 y.o began to cry because of the fighting back and forth. When I went into the office the (chevron) the man told me they had no affiliation with the car wash and I have to go ask them for the refund. Shortly after approx 4 mins one of thr men from the cat wash ran in and said just give her the refund. 25 mins later, soapy car and upset kids ( thankfully no damage to the vehicle that I can see so far) we got out 20$ back and I will be reporting this to thr BBB and every one I can!

I got the $26.95 car wash and they worked really quickly and I believe I might've been the first customer of the day as I came right after I got off work at 8am. Very detailed cleaning dor my car and even vaccumed the trunk and the mats in my car. Definitely will come here again!

I paid for the hand wash but I was extremely disappointed. After they were done there were so many spots where it was apparent they didn't wipe down. I asked them to wipe a few spots but even then when I pointed they didn't go over it well and seemed annoyed that I asked them to wipe it. I had high hopes because it's close to my house but I'd rather drive somewhere else for a wash.

Went here on a Monday Morning, no customers just me. First time going here so I tried the hand wash. The customer relations was ok since the gentleman did assist me where to go and park for the wash. The car wash to sum it up, they missed a lot for a $54 car wash. Half of the roof is still dusty, the tire black didnt even last for han hour, and the interior still has a lot of vacuuming to do specially the trunk. With no customers next, I expected them to take time for the cleaning but still has a lot of work to do with the car. I'll give it a another try next time but definitely nothe $54 hand wash.

It was just okay. I paid $50 for a hand wash because in the past the machines have damaged the paint on my car and have scratched it so instead I thought of going for the hand wash. When I pulled up to make my selection, a gentleman came over and assisted me then told me where to go so they could wash the exterior. After that I went to the area where they vacuumed and dried down the car. In the interior there were a few spots I noticed they missed, like near the cup holder. In the exterior there were also a few spots that were missed along with the more bottom portion of the car. However, I will say the guys working there work really hard and quickly. It wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon which is always a plus and more than one person works on your car so it's quick. Due to the convenience I'm thinking of giving this place another shot and hope it's more than okay!

Great - really enjoy this as a full car wash. The price is reasonable. I've gone several times. The last time I went, the gal was a bit pushy on getting their monthly car washes which I did not want. They usually do a great job and this is my go to place.
