“I come in here often due to FedEx not being consistent with our deliveries. I have my items held here to avoid the constant delays. They have been very helpful, friendly, and even allowed me to do a pick up when they were supposed to be closing. Strongly recommend .”

“I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!”
