IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD.
This is the type of local business that goes above and beyond after something as stressful and tedious as getting in an accident, and working with insurance companies, can be. They assessed the damage, worked with the insurance company, and even gave me a HUGE discount on what the insurance company should have, but decided not to cover. They made the entire experience seamless and saved me more time,
money, and anxiety than I could ever put into a review.
When you want peace of mind you honestly can’t get better than this. Next time you need local auto body professionals, these guys should be top of mind

Steven and the team in Milpitas were not only helpful but went out of their way to take care of our nonprofit's truck. Deemed a total loss by the insurance company, we could not afford to replace it so had to get it repaired. The team not only stayed within our budget, but made it look even better than before the accident. They were recommended by a friend, and we wholeheartedly recommend them as well. If we operated our business the same way that this company operates theirs, we wouldn't BE in business. Ordered a control arm from us, and when the driver is about to deliver it, changes their mind and says "we tried to call them all morning to cancel the order". That's a blatant lie, and you know it, and now we are out $75 delivery fee. Stay far far away from them.

Worked with pop at the front office. Great communicator give me up-to-date repair of Rodan on time and came out looking like factory . Will be back for any future repairs.

I recently had M&S collision replace my rear bumper and other slight damages to the back of my car from a truck accident. Service was exceptional from start to finish. They provided helpful information about what the process would be, and the expected timeline. I was pleasantly surprised with how timely they were able to fix my car and it was in such great shape again. My friends and family have been going here for years and it's definitely a trusted place that I will continue to go to (but hopefully not often lol) They also have a location in Santa Clara but I personally prefer this location for convenience and service.

My car had a side swiped collision, damaged front suspension, quarter panel, hood and driver side door. I have 3 other cars repaired at M&S before this accident and each time the work is immaculate. So it was an easy decision to send the work to M&S again. Pop was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Kept me informed about the repair status. Attached are the before and after pictures. The car now drives like before and look like new.

My car had a broken mirror and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Pop gave a very competitive quote and got me in very quickly and did an amazing job in just a day. My car was even vacuumed and cleaned as a kind gesture. Excellent and polite customer service with pick up drop off as well. Thank you Pop and team , I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

Great service and honest business. Brought my mom's car to fix the bottom splash cover. They fixed within the hour and didn't charge. I would recommend anyone to give this place your business. It's family owned and the people are down to earth.

Excellent Service!!! I have been to a few different autobody shops now and I have to say that M&S has my loyalty now. I went in and they looked my car over for scrapes and scratches and took everything in account that needed to be done and what didn't They took my car in a few days later and it was done in a few days. You can't see where it was hit at all, such a great job! Not only such quick attentive service, they cleaned my car inside and out. Wow! Thank you!

Didn't get my work done here due to the prices. I'm sure they do a great job but competitors charged me $400 less and I'm happy with what I got. People here are amazing and communicate well. Would be 5 stars if it was priced better
