Staff was helpful, prices were atleast 30-50% off however all sales are final. As I browse through the products some of them seems opened/ used or returned items.

Love this store! I see lots of bad reviews about bad customer service, but now the staff are really helpful and friendly. Amazing prices and brands like Lancôme, Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, Kiehl's and more! Lots of variety of products

So glad they have a new staff. Haven’t been here in a couple years but needed to repurchase the Flowerbomb which is my all-time favorite! New staff is so friendly and actually helpful. Jacqueline was so sweet and patient with helping me find new skincare items.

I don't usually write Yelp reviews because I am lazy, but I feel that good service deserves recognition. GOOD PRODUCTS, PRICES, and even better CUSTOMER SERVICE. The two associates (Jacklyn and Odessa?) were SO friendly and helpful. I worked retail a long time so I'm huge on customer service. They greeted me off the bat and explained all of their specials/deals. I'm kind of a "newbee" when it comes to skin care, but they were patient in explaining what would work best for my skin. I'm excited to try my new products! Some feedback for the upper management at Great Mall, the entire mall was way too hot and lacked ventilation. Its really crappy to make your employees work in those conditions, especially with COVID.

Funny they wont let you sample product all "Authentic" perfume bottles are sitting behind the register counter. The fake stuff is on the shelves. Shame on great mall to let people sell counterfeit stuff to customers.

I think they have a good pricing on high end products.Sales Associate Celina was really helpful and patience with me and products pricing.They are helpful and respectful too!I am surprised why people are putting so bad reviews.Happy with the customer service!

This review is for the Livermore store in the San Fransisco Outlets. Hello! To the black haired Asian older women who works at Luxury Beauty Store in the outlets. Why were you following me and making me feel so uncomfortable to shop? Everytime I went somewhere your eyes followed and it seems by the look of it you told other employees to possibly " watch me " but you were VERY bad at doing so. I work at Ulta so I know what it looks like when us as retail employees think someone is up to no good. Was it because I had a brown paper bag? The store before I shopped at your store " The Cosmetics Company " gave me that bag and thats why I purposly opended it at the register with the receipt in the bag so, you could see. Was it because I was black? Was it because I had no makeup on? I had no idea I had to look " Luxury " to shop in your store. I felt unwelcomed. Seriously. I was disgusted thats how I was treated when all I wanted to do is shop for makeup not feel like a criminal without even doing anything. This goes for the tall bleach blonde lady, too! I'll never shop here again.

The customer service was awful. The employees have no clue about any of the products and the return policy sucks. I just purchased and didn't walk out the store and couldn't return. I question if the perfume is bootleg.

The service is terrible.on 10/27/2019.6:00pm. I with my sister and my mom in store.I feel I've been treated unfairly.The salesgirl has a terrible attitude.I think I don’t want to buy anything at your store.

Today is sept 5 , Went here and it says at the door associate is taking lunch for 30mins. It was 6:00 at when returned at 6:45 still closed. Lunch at 6pm????? You guys will lose business. Lots of customers are checking but it was closed.

First and last time in this store. The "customer service associate" was really rude. I walk in no "hi", "can I help you?!" So I approach her and ask for a specific perfume, she said right there, as if I was bothering her, then when I ask the price the same right there in the sign ! I got the perfume I wanted but I'm not coming there again ! I understand you might be "busy" BUT I was the only customer you had in the whole store! Just a "let me know if you need anything" would have gone a long way ...
