So far, this place has been good. Except the night guy a few weeks back was airing his tires so I didn't think he was the employee working. I went inside, made a coffee. When I was done he came in yelling at me " No Closed!!" I had enough time to make coffee but he still felt the need to yell at me to go as if I broke in or something to go now and closed. The car wash is fine. The day time workers have been good. My only complaint was the jerk at night.

AVOID the car wash. I signed up for their subscription to the Plus wash which is supposed to include a “foam bath”. They hardly use any soap and this WILL scratch your car. See attached images after “foam bath”, which is basically 1% soap 99% water.

Don’t trust any of the deals that they have in their market. The older man at the counter will Not acknowledge them and be really rude with you.

Their "new" car wash stopped working halfway through, and they couldn't care less about the inconvenience. They insisted we broke it before looking at anything... Customer service needs some help there.

I love this Loop store. I'm here almost every morning after I drop my kids off at school. The Filipino trio have phenomenal customer service and I enjoy their friendly smiles.

The store is always locked when i go to fuel up my work truck. They never have the bathroom unlocked and just stare at you wondering why its closed. O closed signs or anything. Cards get skimmed here aswell and they do nothing about except talk amongst themselves in tagolag. Dont do any business here because they dont have any consideration.

12:30 on a Friday afternoon and I went to get my car washed. No waiting. Price is $9 but $8 with my loop loyalty card from the Hostetter Loop. Cashier was nice. Wash was good but I should have driven through the dryer slower. I think $8 for a quick wash is a steal. I will be back, a lot.

Car wash is terrible. It will only wash have your car if that and the Filipina ladies in the store won't give a damn and won't allow you to wash again. First they told me that I couldn't wash again because the code was used up. I told them can't you just generate another code. She gave me the "go *** yourself look".

The carwash is usually out of service and today smelled like raw sewage! So gross! Looks like it needs to be pressure washed badly! The staff is always very nice here though!
