I can't agree more with all the positive reviews for Laguna Auto Body and Kurt! I stumbled upon them by accident while getting a quote from another shop in the same area. That other shop's estimate was reasonable, considering the OEM parts involved, but still a bit steep. As I was weighing my options, I noticed Laguna Auto Body’s sign and decided to check it out.
Kurt’s friendly and pleasant disposition made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was really upset and shaken up by the unexpected cost, especially since the damage wasn’t my fault—an oncoming truck with one of those gigantic mirrors clipped my mirror on a narrow road in a national park and sped off without stopping. Kurt immediately looked into alternative options, including used parts, to help lower the cost. After assessing my damaged mirror, he suggested reusing some slightly damaged parts (Which he offered to fix with glue) to save me money.
While we couldn’t find used parts, I truly appreciated Kurt’s effort to reduce my out-of-pocket costs and still deliver high-quality work. They even charged fairly for labor, only billing for a fraction of an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by how low the cost turned out to be compared to what I expected to pay after the initial estimates from the dealer and other auto body shops.
This positive experience made me feel so much better after the whole ordeal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Laguna Auto Body to anyone!

Kurt was extremely helpful in fixing a loose rivet underneath my car that is making an annoying rattling noise. He did it all under short notice and even for free. Something that Toyota Milpitas wants to charge $300 just to start the inspection process. Great professional service and pleasantly surprised.

I pulled up for a bumper repair that had been causing me stress for months, and before I even got out of the car Kurt walked out to greet me. Incredibly humble guy, I felt at ease instantly. He was very honest about my repair and worked around to meet me at the lowest possible price point. Let’s just say he saved me quite a bit of money compared to what I had previously been quoted. He quoted me as if he was quoting his own self, trying to save me from dishing out loads of money. I even was able to take my car in on a Saturday (two days after our initial visit) which meant I didn’t have to take a day off of work. At one point during the repair, he realized one of the brackets that they ordered wasn’t a perfect fit. Instead of rescheduling me, Kurt got in his car and drove to Fremont to pick up the part from the dealership. Now THAT’S customer service and it honestly shocked me since excellent service like that is so rare to come by nowadays. So now I’m happily driving around, not worrying about this bumper that had been causing me stress. Kurt and his team saved me a LOT of hassle and I happily (!) recommend his services to anybody who needs them.

Great folks, very professional & transparent. my volvo got rear ended last year and I land with them after getting a couple of quotes. they were not the lowest but very professional and clear in pricing and finished everything on time. there was a missing real sil plate in vendor order and they happily reordered it and installed it w/o any issues. I happen to mention to them during visit that I have a broken side mirror for my other car. Kurt mentioned if I can bring the part they'll install it. last week I ordered a replacement side mirror for my other car & they replaced it no charge. I have never seen this happen in all the time in bay area. Will definitely give them repeat business if I need any other body work done.

Kurt is one of the most awesome and a reasonable guy to work with. I had a severely dented car body part near the tail light. I got multiple quotes of $3k and above from various 5 star yelp auto body shops. Kurt did it in under $1k and the car looks as new as it never ever happened. Kurt has helped us in another car of ours and we'll definitely recommend him for all your auto body needs.Thank you

I'm glad I went with laguna auto , not only were the employees and owners were very friendly and knowledgeable they did a great job on my car and was not even charged for having a aftermarket DRL kit install , really appreciate kurt and his crew ! i highly recommend laguna auto body , five stars ! thanks Kurt ! very much appreciated!
