Used Emily at kz kitchen for all my ADU needs . 2 showers and there doors ,faucets, linear drains. All flooring. Kitchen cabinets granite, sink, all hardware for both kitchen and shower tp and towel holders. When there was a problem With a panel missing on kitchen cabinet. Emily took care of it with no issues .also she was very knowledgeable on l the products wich made the whole process nice and smooth. Will definetly use here again and the prices were good.

I had overall a great experience working with KZ kitchen at Milpitas. Alex was super responsive, friendly and supportive. They have all the orders very well organized and I never had any issues with installation or pickup/drop off. The quality of materials are in a good side considering the reasonable prices. You might find 10 percent better quality in other places but about 50 percent higher prices. If you know what you want, highly recommend them.

The sales / design employees at this store are extremely unfriendly and treat people very rude. They have openly based on race quoted price options from 10% - 40% discount on Vanities. They tell any customer not making a purchase or requesting a change that "you are wasting my time"I have been a returning customer from 2019 and was not treated this way or heard of it from 5 other friends and family who shopped at San Jose warehouse. If you are looking for a 1 stop design for small bathrooms, do not go here.

They have some attractive items in their showroom, but their success is the fact that everything is organized and marketed in a manor where it feels expensive, but it's not. It's the same cabinets you can get from any other "Asian" shop like Uni-Tile & Marble or Granite expo, but those prices are more reasonable. The sales people sell you items you don't need to increase their sales. The 30 inch bathroom vanity cabinet, sink and countertop cost me nearly $1000...whereas at Granite Expo it would cost no more than $600 for the same exact thing.

This review is way overdo. I had some work done KZ kitchen and they where very helpful and very efficient. I was referred to them from a co worker and she stated that they get the job done really fast. The process began with me contacting Erin Aung. She was able to walk me through the process and told me to come into the store in Milpitas to look at all the different styles that they have available. She also was able to give me pricing and help me pick out something that was similar to what I wanted but in a slightly different pattern for better pricing (There where so much variety of different granite, and somewhere only different by a strip or two, but had better pricing). They are very efficient and the showroom looks so amazing. I am very happy with the service so far it has been 5 months since I had work done by them and it has came out just as I had imagined in my mind. I will be coming back to KZ kitchen for future remodeling.

While their selection is alright for kitchen and bathrooms , their customer service and warehouse pickup service needs a lot of work.They say they have everything ready for pickup but, only have partial inventory ready.My order was very straight forward and had to take multiple trips to get them all right.Services: Kitchen cabinet design

I would give 0 stars if I could. Our first experience was trying to get a quote for kitchen cabinet. The sales person did not listen and designed something totally different. we decided to give this place a second shot due to the fact that they had the marble that we were looking for. What a big mistake. the sales associate mention we could not see the marble slabs until we made the purchase. Needless to say I will not be going back or recommending this place. I would not touch it with a 10 foot pole. I would highly recommend if you're looking for kitchen cabinets look elsewhere.

The showroom is big with lots of options. Sadly the designer we worked with (Justin Zhang) was not thoughtful and once we brought things from him, not willing to help. Some vanities had impractical designs and we were not warned about these. Then when we noticed the issue the designer blamed it on us. There were a lot of issues as we were not guided properly through the process. At some point I reached their customer service and they were able to help and the 2 stars are just for this plus their selection. I would tread carefully with the sales/design staff as they don’t seem knowledgeable and as was our case are our even downright rude. If you buy things from them and have issues; you are on your own.

This is a long over due review for Charlie Ma at the Milpitas location. Renovating my kitchen took a lot more time and effort than I had originally anticipated. Charlie turned what could have been a headache filled experience into something a lot more palatable. Charlie is honest and very responsive. I could not have asked for a better designer to aid me with my project. The reason for the 4 stars is that I can't in good conscience give a 5 stars as the warehouse staff was extremely disorganized and difficult to work with. If it weren't for Charlie's diligence and excellent problem resolution, this could have a completely different experience.I recommend KZ for their extensive and affordable designs, but make sure you are working with a good designer who can take care of any unforeseen issues that arises.

My husband has been there today for the bathroom sink. If you are not buying lot of stuff from here they don't give u any response. Warehouse people are terrible. My husband waited for one hour to pick up 2 sinks which is like 5 mins work. The counter lady was searching for that and didn't get it. She was very rude and told him to ask the another guy. Guy was passing comment on the RACE. Finally after one hour of wait he got the two sinks!! U can do a little better here!!
