The Great Mall was a great place to find deals on clothes and home goods. There were so many stores, it was hard to decide which ones to visit first! If you're looking for a fun shopping day with a wide variety of stores, the Great Mall is a great choice.

Some cashiers lack the maturity, professionalism and know-how, on how to speak to customers, w/o shoving their personal recommendations, after a customer has repeatedly declined, down their throat.
If a customer has declined once or twice already, that is time to stop trying to convince the customer of an idea. Not continuing to force a personal idea on them, making them agitated or frustrated with merely trying to make a purchase.
No, at this Kohls location, it is A-Ok with shoving and being pushy (like a used car salesman) to a customer, about a "personal" recommendation that has no value to the customer being that the cashier merely works for Kohls and isn't a manager, or senior level management.
Knowing when to stop forcing, pushing, aggravating or talking altogether should be part of their training. No one wants to shop at a place that is pushy or arrogant about their personal recommendations, when a customer didn't ask for their opinion, thoughts or suggestion.
Additionally, the surrounding area is sketchy AND the parking lot needs a resurface, its really hard on a cars suspension.

The older Indian lady with glasses at checkout was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. That is not the way to talk to customers. I’m surprised she’s still working there as I’ve had multiple bad encounters with her and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Management you need to have a serious talk with her!
