Guess they don't care a lot about their customer service! The lady started out nice, but it felt fake after we declined to create a account for Kay Jewelry. She later got distracted by talking to another employee about why the 1ct K color diamond ring inside their showing drawer is so “cheap” while we were still sitting in front of her. It felt embarrassing and unprofessional, and I won’t be going there anymore!

Horrible service. Took 6 months to get my ring because they lost it due to covid. Then a diamond fell out after a month of having my ever us ring. To top it all off, Susan made it difficult to get my ring because we had the name on the insurance changed over ( which we let them know three times already). The 2nd time around getting it back from being sized and fixed took 3 weeks, Not only that but they gave me my ring back with the "ever us" inscription completely scratched off!! Just great, I'm never coming back to this store and I let them know that.

Great customer service! I had a great experience with Cassie I highly recommend asking for her if you ever go to Kay Jewelers. She was patient and had no problem showing me about a dozens sets of rings! Will definitely be going back to get some other jewels!

While trying to get an engagement ring resized, my fiancé and I went to several jewelers. Many of them seemed sketchy or tried to rip up off with outrageous prices. When we arrived at Kay Jewelers, everyone seemed nice and reasonable. They did a great job resizing our ring and did it for a fair price. We couldn't be happier.

Dianna was INCREDIBLE. She was SO helpful in me making a decision and was so insightful about perspectives I hadn't thought of before. On top of that, she was so incredibly personable and I'm so glad I ran into her. Had I looked at the reviews for this place ahead of time, I would likely have not even walked in here to ask a simple question which is all I came in to do in the first place. And now that I think of it, the other ladies in the building were not very friendly or helpful at all. Again, I'm so glad that Dianna was the one to greet me first. I got lucky.

Do. Not. Go. To. Kay. Susan at Kay at the great mall in Milpitas opened up a credit card account for me without telling me (without my consent) by disguising it as just me "trying out" the ring for a month. I got a credit card bill today that I wasn't supposed to have because I had already returned the ring. I dropped credit points for nothing and gained an unnecessary blanket of stress ALSO FOR NOTHING. Do not trust this place nor this woman nor the manager.

I don't even know where to start, I am livid. I made a purchase for our wedding rings for my husband and I about a year ago. I was told since I was spending a certain amount I would not have to pay interest on special financing if I opened a credit card. So I agreed to open the credit card because it seemed like a deal. I was told that the 20% down payment would be waived because of the amount we paid. Long story short I've been getting charged interest throughout the year. They refuse to reverse the charges, and now I have to pay $500 in interest. If I was going to be paying for interest I would have just used a regular credit card. At least I get airline miles with those. Looking at all of the yelp reviews, it seems like this location has an issue with employees getting over on customer with special financing. Seriously debating on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will be trying to contact the credit card company again to try to resolve this before i do so.

Emily is amazing!!! She is so helpful and friendly and made my experience buying a ring really special and exciting. She was not pushy at all but helped me Find something that worked well with my budget. She was so helpful to Find a ring design that i liked. She suggested lots of options and helped to Find a band to match the ring. Thank you so much Emily for making our experience buying a ring so exciting and at ease. You are the best!

Even Though I Love the Rings Kay Has, But this Location Does Not Have the Best Customer Service. I Work In A Jewelry Company That is Sisters With Kay. So I Know/Understand How Things Are Ran. My Boyfriend Went To Go See the Pricing For Resizing a Ring He Bought From My Store and the Lady who Assisted Him Was Really Rude About It. She Said She Doesn't Know If She Can Resize It And Kept Changing the Price Range. I Needed a Size 11 and When She Heard That She Told My Boyfriend and I Quote "Who has fingers like that? No one has fingers that size." This is Coming From a Jewelry Sales Person who Deals With All Kinds Of Sizes Of People On a Daily Basis. My Boyfriend Got So Mad He Walked Off and Told Me What Was Said and I Got Really Mad Because I Have Been Growing Up to Hearing That I'm Fat and Nothing Fits Me and Hearing That No One Has a Finger Size Bigger Than 9 or 10 is Rude and Upsetting. We Are Giving Our Money And You're Going to Treat Customers This Way??? Who In God's Name Would Ever??? I Was Furious. Ever Since That Day, I Have Not Seen Her. I Wish My Boyfriend Got Her Name. But At Least He Knew How to Describe Her. She Has Dyed Dark Short Red Hair and Is Also Short Asian. I Believe She Is the Manager. And If She Is the Manager, She Needs To Be Demoted Or Fired. No Customer Should Ever Be Treated As Such.!
