Warning! Do an online store pickup here at your own risk! You might be waiting ages for a confirmation pickup email!First, the good: It's a lovely store, the merchandise is stunning and the employees are generally friendly. However...Then the bad:When I tried to place an in-store pickup at this location at 11:45 am, I had not heard back from them for a long time. I figured it might be due to me accidentally using the wrong email address when placing the order. Although I did request text message updates, sometimes it doesn't always work correctly for me.I made the decision to call their store at 6:30 pm to see what was the hold up. A man picked up and I tried to explain to him about my situation, he put me on hold for over 10 minutes for no reason.I got super upset and hung up the phone and called again. This time a woman picked up and put me on hold again (I guess to help a customer), then she finally helped me with my issue.I told her that I wasn't receiving any email updates on my order and to see if it's ready for pickup tomorrow. She couldn't find my order on their computer so she had to ask her co-workers about the missing order. She finally found it after I gave her all the info needed to look it up.Turns out the backpack was sold out and the computer never notified them about my order. Hence the serious delay. She apologized about the confusion.I was super upset about the horrible customer service the first employee gave me and the delay. I had to contact online customer service to get them to cancel my order. I still wanted the bag and so I ordered it again, but this time I decided to have it shipped out instead.I will continue to shop at this gorgeous store in-person, but I will never do store pickup here again.

Visited the Kate Spade store at Great Mall, and I was thoroughly impressed! The entire staff was exceptionally attentive and ensured I had everything I needed during my shopping experience. A special shoutout to Tori, who went above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions. Highly recommend this location for anyone in search of quality products and top-notch customer service! ?✨

Their in-store pickups are so slow. This also applied to their full-price stores. I placed an order last night but they take the entire day to process it or cancel it. Jeez.

You would think for a high end store their Sunday hours would be updated. Drove 30 min to arrive at 7:11 and be told they’re closed when their posted hours say 8pm.

I would like to start off by saying I went shopping for a Christmas gift. I was followed around and hassled by this Asain girl on Black Friday made me feel uncomfortable like I was stealing shake my head, but I would like to recognize Marisela. She went above and beyond and helping me find present for my girlfriend, I didn’t know what the difference was between all the different bags she help me out even though she was busy behind the register she gave me great ideas and tips, and made me so very welcome and comfortable she went above and beyond needed great customer service definitely one of your guises model employees and anybody who goes to the store I will definitely recommending talking to her. She didn’t amazing job definitely will be back just a shot with her help. SHOUT OUT MARISELA REAL ONE

I was followed around and hassled by this Asain girl on Black Friday made me feel uncomfortable like I was stealing shake my head, but I would like to recognize Marisela. I have been coming to this outlet for years and always received great customer service BUT all that changed this past Saturday June 04, 2022. When I walked in no one welcomed me in, no one asked if I need help or anything in particular I was looking for. But I was followed and looked at as if I was going to steal something. Other customers walked in and were greeted, were told about the great sales and so on but not me I was just followed. I have or had a great Kate Spade collection but as of that day I will never purchase another Kate Spade purse again. Maybe it was because I am Mexican because every other person that got greeted was not Mexican

Lots to choose from and KILLER prices. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. Had a great time shopping there and saved LOTS of money!!

Not their usual staff this time, so that's probably why, but they're usually more attentive and willing to help instead of being dismissive. Don't get me wrong, they were not rude, but the staff didn't want to help look up if other places had an item I wanted in another size since they didn't have the size. I'm glad the other items I wanted were available in my size so I bought them on the same day, but the level of service was not up to par to their usual. Until next time.

After the death of the designer, I haven't been a fan of their recent designs. I typically only drop by I search for gifts for friends. Wonderful place to pick up gifts such as jewelry at an affordable price. I recently drop by in need for a gift. As I walked in, employees were huddled outside for a meeting and I was greeted by an employee asking if I was looking for anything in particular. She briefly showed me a few collections. Less than two minutes later as I was looking at jewelry, i was the. approached by another employee informing me of the discounts of the jewelry and went on to say if I needed a price check she would be more than happy to help. Sure, okay. I can whip out my own calculator and do the math. And what you know, within a minute or two later, I was asked if I needed help and I said no. Within 5 minutes of browsing I was already approached by 3 employees... hmm.. and then I as continued to browse I was approached by Brianna asking if I was doing okay I said yes... she then saw me browsing some clothes and said they have fitting rooms open. Okay, sure. Good to know. Then I continued to looked the same girl minutes ago asked if I was doing okay. No, I'm not okay. Within 10minutes in the store, I was approached by all your employees in the store asking if I needed help in some way. I was actually pretty annoyed by this time, and would have left but because I was in need of a gift, I stayed and paid for earrings and pajamas which were 60% and 70%off respectively. Brianna rang me up after helping another client and was nice enough to throw those earrings into my bag without a care. I had to asked for a dust bag because well from my previous purchases/experience, they were packed for me in a dust bag with its gift receipt. As when I left, employees outside were still huddled and one male employee broke away from the group to thank me and told me to have a great day. I'm not sure how I feel about todays experience. I felt a little pressured today as I felt the employees were a bit too available and pushy in completing sales/commissions. I get it. Only 2 clients in the store and you need sales... but it literally felt like I was being watched at every corner and was expected to buy something today. Don't get me wrong... Overall, great outlet prices on great products made for the outlet stores. It could have been better if I was not approached every minute or so while shopping.

I went into the store on 1/23/22 with my sister who wanted to buy a purse from their Valentine's Day collection. I was a loyal customer but wasn't planning to buy anything during this visit as I was on a budget. But then a phone case caught my eye so I went to pay for it. As I was removing my card from the pin pad after paying, the power went out in the whole mall so no receipt came out. I immediately checked my bank to see if the charge had gone through, and it did. The manager then came out and said he couldn't let me take the case home because he had no proof of my payment and he couldn't look it up with no power. He assured me he would contact me the next day and overnight me the case of in fact the payment went through. We'll he never contacted me so I went to the store and they didn't have an answer for me because according to them they didn't see my charge on their end which meant it would be taken from my account in a couple days. We'll it didn't! I called back and the said they would look into it. Eventually they found it and asked if I still wanted the case but I asked for a refund instead being upset with the whole issue. Days passed and I received no refund so I called back. They assured me I was getting one in no later than 10 days. We'll those 10 days passed (now 2/24/21, a month after I was in the store) and rather than getting a refund they charged me for the phone case again! I called Kate Spade again and the girl I spoke to told me to call my bank "if I had time". I called my bank and they were only able to reverse the second charge and said the merchant still had to refund me the other one for never giving me the case. I called the store yet again and they told me they couldn't help me and said I should dispute the charge with my bank, which I had already done. I asked to speak to corporate and they are no help either. Said they would call be back to "dig deeper" but didn't call. I thought it was a store issue but apparently it's a company issue. Its ridiculous how they can't do a simple refund and are giving me such a hard time for it after the manager made me feel like a thief since day one. No one has been helpful and while I was understanding of the power outage at first, it has now been too long and it's ridiculous. Never going back. I would give 0 starts if I could.
