Absolutely no parking. I had to drive around for 25 minutes at 9 am to find parking. Pharmacy service is also extreamly slow.

This Pharmacy is the best out of all the Kaiser pharmacies. They seem to be the only one that is able to get my medicine in stock within a reasonable amount of time. They have even gone out of their way to order my medication that they found it in another state. When the first Kaiser pharmacy just told me that they would not be able to Get it for another couple of Months and this is my migraine medicine that is non narcotic but it is also non generic so for some reason Kaiser doesn't want to mail it to me Anymore because it's name brand even though they used to mail it to me. They all of a sudden switched it to generic and when I told them I didn't want generic they said well we can't mail it to you anymore. But it wasn't this pharmacy it was a policy of Kaiser I guess.

Milpitas Main Pharmacy. Nicely put together. Very clean. Always fast. Always excellent customer service. I should know. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years.

Hi I receive great customer service! Always smiling and friendly Serene/Cerene her name she is most helpful and friendly.This pharmacy is smaller compared to others but they do their best to restock daily. I mean there is shortage everywhere so what do you expect right?There's always a line but rest assured the clerks/cashiers/tech are very efficient and work hard and the lines move quick. Just make sure you are in the right line because some people wait in line and find out they are in the wrong line. There's a pickup line and a drop off rx line. Happy Holidays! Thank you pharmacy for having the kids cold medicine and Tylenol extra strength we needed!!!

I went in the lab around 445pm to get my blood drawn. The receptionist Michael Van was so cold and unprofessional. I told him that I will not be getting the lipid panel done today, and he gave me #62. I waited 5 minutes and the numbers jumped to 65. I ask him what about 62, he rudely spoke and said that I was gone to collect urine. I did not even have any urine collection to bathroom, then he said your number and passed, I said I have been waiting right here. I noticed the labels still had lipid on it. After I go inside and lab tech Natalie Dao verifies my info, I asked her why the lipid test on the labels and she is said I will cancel it and she drew a line across it. She said you will have to email your doctor. I said why me, you made the mistake and will call the doctor to place the order again. That test should not have been released from health link in the first place. Natalie began to draw my blood and to my shock let go of the butterfly needle and with both hands started to label the tubes while the needle is in my arm. I work in the healthcare filed as well and such work ethics are grounds of termination. You can NOT leave the needle in the patient's arm and label specimen.In April 2020 I went for blood work and this lab Tech Elizabeth drew me and the bevel of the needle was upside down. At that time I did not file a complaint, but now I would like to make a complaint of that as well. The service is so poor at Milpitas lab. A whole bunch of lab techs were standing around doing nothing in the back. Michael needs to get some proper customer training or not be at the front. He seems to be unhappy in life, therefore it shows in his attitude. He never welcomes the patients, nor does he care to say" thanks you or sorry. He could have politely apologized to me about the missed number. He needs to pay more attention to what the patient requests. I am surprised Kaiser hires such mannerless employees. Besides this, Kaiser employees at the Milpitas lab, label specimen by the back counter. It is California LAW, that specimen needs to be labels in front of the patient. In the past, I have seen them do that. Next time I will be reporting this to the joint commission. I hope these issues will be fixed and I would like to get a response as to what action was taken!! I would give this place ZERO star

We have chosen this location as our favorite, never had to wait more than 5 mins or 10 mins for prescriptions. The pharmacy techs always answer our questions and concerns. Such an easy location for parking, prescription and the service was great.

Long line and only 2 people serving 50 customers waiting in line. It's always a pain visiting this pharmacy. They suggest online orders but when u try to order online it says only pharmacy pickup. Wow!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The staff is rude and no one really cares if there is a line waiting to open up a window or stop socializing to address patients. This type of terrible customer service is unfortunate. I will definitely be getting all my prescriptions elsewhere.
