The manager Brandon is just the worst. He lies so he doesn't actually have to help customers. I asked him to look at my account to see which tshirt I bought last time - he said no. I said I said what if I have an order number - also no. I asked if I could call customer service to place an order for something they didn't have in store - nope doesn't have the number.

I was in the line for probably an hour. Then got to the cashier and he said wait a minute and disappeared for another 15. Crazy slow

I order a shirt online for pick up at the store. It was very easy and quick for the pick up. They have curb side pick up too!

Great quality khakis. I bought a couple of sweaters that ended up pilling which is disappointing considering the price regardless that it's the factory store. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about difference in regular and petite sizes.

Are you still open? "Yes! We're open for 10 more minutes! Come on in!" That's what the male and female workers said to me with huge, genuine, smiles. Tried on two sweaters, in 5 mins, to figure out my size and will be back another time. All smiles when I left too.
