I tried to book a hall for a party. There was no one available during their working time 11-5 on a week day. They won't answer phone either. We went weekend and spent 1 hour 1100-1200. No one there. Called them 10 times always goes to voice mail. Mr Deepak (Manager) rarely answers phone, and not do what is agreed. He told us he will be there Monday 11-500, same story, not answer phone. If you have office and you are not there, and if you don't answer the phone, what service is that?

Thank you Icc for arranging an amazing evening.The room was exactly as promised. Everything was arranged was ready before time.Had a dedicated person who was managing everything as in making sure the dishes tray were refilled and were warm.The bartender were just great and were quick in keeping up with the requestsI would highly recommend Icc they manage event to the tee. Thank you ?

ICC, for the safety of children in your care & others on the road, please advise your drivers to drive safely & avoid reckless behavior that may cause an accident or harm others.Your ICC After School Program van (license 7AKS208) cut me off & almost ran me off the road as it weaved thru traffic at speeds exceeding others on afternoon of 10/18.Not sure what the rush was, but I hope you made it back safely without accident & no children or pedestrians were harmed. You should also fix your tail light.

Recently hosted a party here and the WORST experience ever solely because of incompetent coordinator Valia. We booked for our event more than 2 months in advance and were told Valia would get in touch with us to chalk out the details but we never heard back from her. After reaching out multiple times, she finally called at 10 pm at night!! and that was a week before our event!! I would fire her today if I could because she totally ruined our party. None of the requests that we had made were followed. She was rude in her limited communication that she did and she's totally ruining the reputation of this business. I will never host another event here just because of the nightmare of a service that she gave.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr Deepak for making sure our wedding event was a grand success. He made sure that every arrangements were made on time and immaculately. His entire staff that handled the table and chair setups to the staff at the buffet stations were excellent and always willing to help out. Mr Deepak's help during initial meetings and planning took care of all our nerves and he made sure we enjoyed the wedding. The Malavalli Auditorium was excellent and all equipments were working. My special thanks to Mr Raj, fors taking a personal interest, and removing any unforseen barriers. Thanks ICC and all it's team members Shankar Sastry

AC (air conditioning) was not working and temperature outside was in 80s. We went to see Anupam Khers show and several people had to leave the venue due to unbearable heat in the room. It was not a pleasant experience.

Organized a wedding sangeet here (in the big hall I forget it's name) and have no complaints whatsover. Deepak (Chopra) kept on top of things, rapidly fixed anything that deviated from plan, and let us know when something started to drift. ICC provided the Hall; Catering, decorations, bartending, photography, lighting and DJ services were our responsibility but ICC arranged meetings (specifying deadlines for critical meetings) with their preferred vendors, and provided storage and other services to the vendors as needed. Every vendor they suggested worked out very well. (I just finished posting reviews for all of them - dated today) With so many moving parts, a fairly high degree of vigilance was naturally required from all parties :) and while we made sure we did our part so did ICC and ultimately the arrangements drew a lot of praise from all the guests.

As an organization we have had our annual fundraising Gala at ICC for many years now. The ICC team worked with us to ensure that our needs were met for set up and for the event flow the entire evening. Worst customer service. I was about to pay for a party space, but the guy I was working with went on vacation without saying anything. Then woman who took over cant seem to function unless you send her an email. She couldn't even answer simple questions unless over the phone.

I don't think the service here is good and friendly, but only for money. We want to join Sunday club, but we choose Sunday by mistake. When we realized before the class, try to call for schedule change or any possible solution. But the result is that after checking the schedule, sports director came back say that they can't do anything after class starts though when we registered, the first class was already started. Really bad experience.

"Worst service I have encountered with no oversight and management. Staff does not know the schedules and behave with complacency. This facility even before its renovation used to be flourishing ... now, the one star is being too generous. @Management: you need to have parking lot lights available for the safety of your patrons and for the safety of the staff. Not having them available is simply put, negligent. Hope upper management can actually be present in the facility to produce impact driven results. Otherwise, you are better off going to a discount gym."

We just had a first communion event at the small Banquet Hall and i was not impressed at all with the hall itself. The hall had no AC at all. It was very warm and many guests were uncomfortable due to this matter. When i asked the person in charge to turn on the AC the response i would get was that the hall already had the AC on and it was already turned down so it could be very cold. They brought us a couple of fans but it really didn't help at all. It only helped if you were standing in front of the fan. Overall the staff here at this community center is nice and helpful but i would not rent a hall ever again here at this place due to this matter. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to my guests.
