Igenex requires you to write your credit card number on their test requisition form, with no option to enter your information in a secure system. I was hesitant, but thought surely they would guard my financial information professionally. Instead, they used my credit card to pay $1,662.50 for another patient's test, and then realized the error and credited my account. About a month later they realized that they did not charge for my test, and so then charged $1,662.50 for my test.

If not for i genx I’d still be suffering or dead from Lyme disease. Thanks i genx I truly believe your test saved my life if not from the disease itself then my own hands because I was seriously that close before your test came back positive and i finally got taken seriously along with the years of treatment I needed….. So thank you !!

I'm perplexed as to why or how so many in the Lyme community recommend this company because they're AWFUL! Their website is extremely confusing and when I emailed and asked a question, the response I got did not answer my question. So I called, as recommended in their email, but couldn't get anyone on the phone, just a voicemail box. However, they did call me back but they will NOT provide any guidance or answer any questions so that you order the right test. They fail to remember who their clientele are: SICK LYME PATIENTS. We need help but they won't explain anything about their unnecessarily confusing testing options. Not everyone is wealthy enough to afford a Lyme literate doctor so if and when we find a doc who is willing to order a test, the least Igenex could do would be to provide guidance on which of their tests we would need for an initial diagnosis. Doctors aren't going to call you repeatedly and email you repeatedly just to order a test!!! They have better things to do with their time.

I had been sick for weeks and my friends said I needed to be tested for RSV. I looked online found these guys booked my test for the next day. No waiting, drive through service it took less than 5 mins. They were efficient and emailed my results the next day. I was negative on everything but it was a relief to know that.

Went in for the 3-1 Flu RSV COVID test. Wasn't feeling well and needed to figure out if Christmas was still possible. Unfortunately my Flu result came back positive so I did have to cancel plans. Super easy, super fast. Got results the same day actually. Went at 10am got Results at 8pm. My husband went a different day and got results the next morning at 8am. So they are super fast.

Thank you IgeneX for you super fast efficient 3:1 combo FLU, RSV, COVID drive through testing. As a healthcare provider at a major Southbay Hospital, they could Not provide this 3:1 test. I would have to register and check in as a patient and wait -3 different nasal swabs and wait for results. No thank you Employer. I will go to IgeneX !

Dec 2022. - With the surge in RSV, COVID & flu I wanted to get tested for all 3 after developing a cold. IGenex recently launched a drive-thru test site at their Milpitas CA location. I made an appointment online (providing insurance details). Test was self-swab, easy and fast, no doctor's order needed. I received the results by email in 12 hours (well within the promised 24 hours). all 3 negative. Appointments & more info.

I arrived an hour early and they tested me right away. Later questions were answered by a live human being over the phone. When she wasn’t sure about something she got the details and called me back in minutes. Results came four hours before they were promised. You get what you pay for with this team.

Edited this review after receiving a response from Igenex with my 24 hour test results. I was worried I wouldn't receive them because of the holiday weekend; my husband got his within 6 hours. The best way to get in touch is to send an e-mail to them - we received a very quick response; and, they re-sent my test results. I'm very pleased with the service!! All is well. It's worth spending the money for this test if you are traveling.

My wife ordered the Lyme test for my daughter and it came back indeterminate. She spent several hundred dollars for this test only to receive such an answer. When we called the company and spoke with customer service to ask if we could re-run the test free of charge or at least get a discount on a rerun they completely gave us the runaround and refused to help. I would not recommend this company for Lyme testing regardless of their so-called credibility. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Not cool to take advantage of customers suffering from a terrible disease and then provide them with literally useless results.
