Hostile and unfriendly service staff at cashier and fitting room. i have never seen such grim faces. Maybe, its due to the companys european origin.

This is a convenient H&M location to shop at compared to other H&M locations. It is however a bit to crowded for me. I prefer ordering what I need online. As always H&M is an affordable clothing store that I will continue to shop at.

My recent two trips to H&M were spoiled by disappointing encounters with their staff, particularly during the checkout process. It's unfortunate when a store's service doesn't match up to the quality of their products. The random closure of fitting rooms also adds to the inconvenience.
