It’s a pretty standard Chinese salon. Alice was pretty skilled and very respectful to customers. She charged $35 for men’s haircut.

It's not a happy ending, and I realized that it's not the right salon for me. They charged $40 on my card as they said they it's the minimum for the hair cut and then the owner asked me for the tips by cash...and the hair cut is only $35...and they didn't even mention to me anything about the minimum for the card when I entered. I don't recommend to visit this store as you will notice the owner's personality (greedy). It's my first and the last time...I only pick a good skill with a good heart. Really regret to give the tips... BTW, for man's hair cut...I feel it just very normal...

I have been in the United States for 8 years and have stayed in 4-5 cities. This is the worst barber shop I have ever encountered! ! My friend and I made reservations for the barber shop at 4:00 pm three times in the morning, at noon, and before departure; we arrived 10 minutes early and were told that we had to wait. My friend officially started cutting his hair around 4:15, and I waited aside; during this period, Huang Boss Mao, before the second female customer, complained and ridiculed him. The previous male customer was very low-key anyway. He said that the previous customer was incompetent and loved to dress up and mess around. Today I still have to go on a date (today is Chinese Valentine's Day). I wait until 5:15, which is almost an hour and a half later, and I'm still waiting. At this time, a new customer comes, and Boss Huang Mao actually lets this customer go first? ? I went to ask him what time I was, and I had been waiting for an hour and a half; he said, are you waiting? I said I made three appointments, and he said he would set the time, and this was his rule! ? ? ? ? I was a little angry. I said that I was also in business. You guys who opened the business couldn't do it like this. He actually said, "When I started the business, you were still peeing on the street. I have a recording of the exact words." ; When he saw that I was angry, he came to cut my hair. It was like cutting my hair. I was anxious. I said that I had been waiting for almost two hours and I couldn’t cut my hair randomly like this. You are in business. Isn't this a sign? He actually threw away the scissors! By the way, this store does not accept cards and will not provide receipts. I am going to ask the lawyer to write some documents to the IRS; this time it will cost 80 dollars.

I have thick hair which is hard to manage but Ken has great cutting technic and amazed me every time I visited. He got me a perfect smooth long bob today. I highly recommend him!
