Prices are unreasonably high. The used quilt cover was like $13+ compared to the ones that are new at Ross which is about $15+, I would rather get a new one. The bookcase cost about $70 at this goodwill while I can get it for $35 at Walmart. There is no point coming in here if you’re looking to buy cheap used items because their prices are way higher than new ones that you can get from department stores.

I went in to shop for electronics and general stuff but ended up dumbfounded at the pricing I was seeing on many of the items. I'm not sure who is doing their pricing, or who they're pricing for. It's going to be a hard sell to move any of the free donated items at the prices they're pushing for. Even with a tag discount of only 20%, things are still way overpriced.

I visited to shop and do routi es as a feedbackers. My eyes could hardly believed that the store in a mesh!.Customer service were so rude.
Walking on the store. No one is greeting you They just looked at me and i smiles, Shelf is full empty small boxes. LOTS OF THINGS ARE unwanted by customers. Too many items are over pricing just ? some Tommy Hill figer backbacks the price is high for $50.00 price if you buy them to the mall just cost you $ 38.00.what a store. Please do understand that this Goodwill is not really fine. Don't sell a boxes that is been stolen an items. I CARE ALL THE.STORES.THEY.MUST HAVE TO FOLLOW STANDARD ITS FOR GOOD IMPACT THAT CAN BENEFITS FOR THE PROGRAMS AND TRAINING.
IM HOPING THAT THE OWNER OF THIS GOODWILL FIND HIS TIME TO PUT ALL THIS EMPLOYEES TO CARE YOUR STORE. Hope you will consider effor to feedback by making Goodwill a better place to shop.

Visited yesterday for the first time I was really impressed on how clean and organized stuff are also they have better selection than the one that I always visit near my house in alum rock, my local goodwill is dusty and the shoes are so worn this goodwill in Milpitas have better everything and the shoes were almost new they had good quality vacuums

I've been going here for the past year and was shocked to see how much they increased the price in the past month. Dresses (with significant stains or wear) are $10, simple t shirts are around $5, blouses are $6-8, jackets range from $12 to $40. It does carry a good variety, but GW receives these for free as donations, so I don't understand the significant price increase in such a short period of time. I'll still shop there, but will be more mindful of what I spend my money on

Great spot to drop off your donations. They are off of highway, which makes it easy to access store. And they have nice bins to drop off your stuff, making it easy to categorize and drop off the items. Staff is nice and attentive. Parking is ample but the plaza gets busy during peak hours as there are a lot of businesses nearby.

Great donation center with helpful customer service. Have been visiting this location since couple of years to donate stuff and recommend it. If you are looking to donate then their donation times are different from the store time. The donation closes at 5pm so that is one thing to note. The donation area is outside the main store so look for it to the left of the store entrance.

This goodwill is probably the worst one I've been to. Even though they have a lot of stuff, there's nothing good. No nice brands, just target hm forever. I came twice hoping I would find something but walked out empty handed

I’ve donated a lot of things to Goodwill over the years. Today, I was in my car for not even 1 minute after dropping some items off when the employee handling the donations rushed me out of my parking spot. They told me to “hurry up” as I was trying to start my car. This isn’t how you treat someone after they have generously donated items to this facility.

Last Saturday afternoon, on July 9th, I visited the Goodwill store in search of a bookshelf. To my surprise, they charged an audacious $64 for a used bookshelf that didn't even have a price tag. My friend and I had to carry it by ourselves to the cashier, only to be informed of this exorbitant price. When I inquired about the high price, the person behind the counter said that was the price and didn't show any willingness to reconsider.When I asked to speak to the manager, the young teller responded very rudely, claiming to be the manager himself and insisting that the $64 price tag was non-negotiable. While he may indeed be the manager, in America, when we escalate an issue to the manager, we don't expect such discourteous behavior. It's disheartening to see that such American values were not displayed, and the employee failed to recognize that Goodwill stores are meant to offer discounted prices for used items. I must say, I am deeply disappointed with this experience.In comparison to other Goodwill stores, the Goodwill store at Milpitas falls short in terms of the quality and availability of inventory and products.
