Every time I’ve gone after the mall opens, it’s never open.

One staff was rude and looks impatient. She did not understand the return policy and it took her quite long handling my return.

Today June 8, went to this store and i saw new employees and acting person in charge name Alyssa rude, lazy, not being hepful and act as if she was upset being interupted with us while busy using her phone and not doing her job. Approached her about case # credits she said manager left early and dont know how to do it. She called a manager named lyne spoke to me over phone but again she told me she cant do anything and dont know how to process a case number credits given by customer agent representative. This employees shouldnt be in this store. They are damaging the brand and not willing to bring sales $ and leave bad impression by being lazy, rude, using phones and not being attentive to customers. Management you must hire people who are willing to work and not people who just stands there and use their phones and not attending guest.

They don’t update their items. Online is always better IMO also not the best customer service? I didn’t give 1 star because I feel bad for the employees that work there… they always seem sad or bored to be working there.

It’s a pretty amazing store. It doesn’t have a wide variety but their pants are very nice.

I was first customer of 1/1/23, I went in and 2 employees were folding clothes. I walked pass them both and they just ignore me. Then when I needed to pay, the manager came to help me check out. She was chewing gum and didn’t say hi, completely rude and just tell me how much, then bag my stuff and throw on the counter. She was mumbling thank you with mouthful, and just like that, I’m never shop this spot again. If you don’t want to be at work then stay home, I don’t see that attitude anywhere in this mall before. If I could rate 0 star, I already would

Very poorly trained staff and will inconvenience you. Bought a shirt and a pair of pants a few weeks ago. Cashier person said the shirt was final sale, which was fine, and stamped the one item on the receipt as "final sale." Tried to return the pants and apparently non-returnable as well. Was not informed at checkout, or on the receipt, and the tag didn't have a red ticket.

Awful service!! I called in advance to see what time they closed. The lady said at 6pm, so I get there at 530pm and doors are already shut. I called inside the lady says, "Yeah I decided to close early because I'm going to be honest, I was up super early." Like what? Excuse me? I could have went off on her because I drove 40 minutes away, but I held my pride. The company needs to fire all these lazy employees and get new ones. How is this acceptable?

The people that work there are very friendly and there cloths are amazing quality and very cute. I bought some shirts there two years ago and I still wear them. They aren’t too expensive either.

I went in yesterday to buy a bikini top. The associate said the top can be returned but the buttons could not. I did not buy any buttons. I had my receipt and tags attached. They would not return it. I had to throw the bikini top away This is the worst store I have been to with horrible customer service. I don't recommend anyone to shop here.

I was surprised to see a Garage in Great Mall since there is so much chaff in this mall. In typical Garage fashion, I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. There are a few deals going on right now as indicated by signage throughout the store including buy 1 get 1 half off on denim shorts (including their overall shorts). They had a few different styles that are very in right now including the flattering but unflattering mom cut, your average girlfriend style, and festival shorts that were high rise and featured distressed touches and raw hems. They also had a super soft high rise cut which I can confirm were very comfy to wear. I was about ready to try on a few things that I had picked up around the store when an astute staff member cheerfully asked if I wanted to get a fitting room started. She took me back and helped me find a room and fix the curtain for privacy. She was also more than happy to help when I requested a larger size in one of the items I was trying on. The change rooms are a good size with a small stool inside for you to put your belongings on although it did look a little stained and worse for wear. There was also a long railing for you to hang any items that were on a hanger easily. The lighting in there is smart, well lit enough so you can see clearly but not so much so that it's highlighting the wrong spots (I'm looking at you Hollister and Abercrombie fitting rooms). This makes it a little dangerous for your wallet since everything will look good on you! There is a big sale section at the back of the store. Unlike a lot of other places, there sale items aren't hideous leftovers but it does mean that the sale prices aren't going to blow you away. Checkout was easy. The cashier was pretty good at multitasking as she was calling out greetings to customers while helping me. Note that you can get a 10% discount on your purchase for signing up for a Garage account or downloading their app.

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon (3/20/19) and was approached by one of the workers and she asked if I needed any help, I politely said no. However, while I was looking around for my size in jeans I approached her to ask if she had any size 0 jeans in the back. She said, "Are there no size 0 out?" And although I could've replied with some sass, I said no. And she responded with, "Well, we probably don't have any in the back." Well, thanks for going that extra mile to check for me in the back and not just guessing or giving me the probability. I worked retail for about 3 years and even if I knew there wasn't any more of the item in the back, I would ensure I would double check. I would not recommend coming to this location, go to the one in Valley Fair I promise they are much more welcoming and look like they are happy to help their customers.

I would not go to this store again! Their customer service sucks!!! Employees are on their phones and doesn't help their customers. They don't deserve a star!! SMH!

On Sunday 11/8 around 3pm I went into this location and picked out some clothes. As I went into the fitting room & tried on some shirts a brown haired employee knocked on my curtain and opened the fitting room stall. She didn't even wait for my response I'm lucky I was fully dressed but that experience was appalling and her only reason for coming in was because she was "checking." This experience could have been horrible if I had been in the middle of changing and I hope Garage learns to train their employees better because that is unacceptable

Some of the sales associates aren't friendly. I walked in and immediately one of the workers approaches us to tell us about the sale, except she didn't look all to happy about it. Then, at the cash register, the cashier asked me if I wanted to receive points for my purchase. I said I didn't have an account, so I asked if she can sign me up at the register. She said yes and continued to stare at me as if I was d**** After a moment I asked her if she needed my email, and she says yes and stares even more. I give her the email and she doesn't say anything else until she was done with my purchase.
