Terrible store. No dressing rooms open on weekends? Who does this? Pass on this store, trust me. Unhelpful sales people & Rude short manager, looks 18 years old. What has happened to this place? Corporate please step in at this location. Look at the other reviews here. This store has a big problem. I also saw an African American man being treated very rude here. Unbelievable. Done shopping this brand.

Very bad experience at a guess store. Customer service is the worse. Girl standing at the counter was very rude and did not behave. Wasn’t answering what I was asking while returning my stuff.

Store manager is rude drove an hour to this location only to discover that they don’t honor online pricing and also a new policy that they don’t allow fitting rooms.

They put a blatant security piece of shame in front of the door who closes the store with tape and rudely intervenes the customers. What a ridiculous policy to limit the store without obvious load

I was walking by G and wanted to browse if there are any good sales for joggers. I approached the entrance and had to wait until an employee let me into the store. When I entered into the store, the store alarm went off. One of the employees immediately approached me and told me to wait. The employee asked me if I came from Tommy, which I answered yes, truthfully. She told me to check inside the bag if there was a tag in one of the items I bought, which I started to check for any tags. THEN, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE APPROACHED ME AND STARTED TO TAKE MY ITEMS OUT OF MY BAG WITHOUT ASKING ME. I felt very uncomfortable and invaded. They didn't let me move until I checked every item. It really created an unnecessary scene and I felt very detained. There were more people waiting at the entrance but they couldn't go in because the two employees were searching me. They even were brave enough to mention if it was in my personal bag. In the end, it was a belt that had a tag that the employee from Tommy forgot to remove. After that, both of the employees followed me and watched every move I made in the store. Very uncomfortable experience. This occurred on July 1, 2023 between 5:30 PM and 5:55 PM. One of them was very tall skinny guy and the other one was a Hispanic girl with tattoos and blonde hair.

They have nice shorts and shirts for boys and tall teens. Not sure why they were making us wait outside even though there were hardly any customers inside.they did not have fitting rooms available

I just needed to return and exchange a jacket I bought two days ago, and got great service by the entire service team today, which has always been the case when I visited this store in the past. Yennifer was the manager, and took personal charge, fortunately they did have the right size in stock and I was able to get in and get out quickly. This clothes retailer continues to be in the front tier of casual style after all these years, and is still going strong. The team at this store is very customer-focused and I'll be back.

Had a bad customer experience. They kept interrupting while I was trying a few jackets. They wanted the clothes to be as it is so that they can save their work. I thought it would be a one-off experience but when I went through other reviews it seems they behave this way with everyone

Worst customer experience. Staffs are not at all polite. They never help you with any product selection and always ask you to put the clothes in perfect place.

I have explored all stores in great mall but this store gave me the worst experience ever. Young inexperienced and unprofessional employees. Even the manager is very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even spare a pregnant lady with their rudeness. I am never ever purchasing in this store, only due to manager/employees working at the store.

First I had to stand in line forever because the girls wouldn't let anyone in the store. There was only 2 customers in the guess store.. The customer service there was very rude made me feel like I wasn't wanted there they didn't even want to help me find any of my sizes. If this was my store and the employees had bad attitude towards customer's I would fire them and hire someone who is willing to help the customer's and actually make sales not these hateful girls there not making owner any money with there bad attitudes. As long as they work there im not shopping at guess great mall milpitas, ca If you don't like to be rude peoples try away from guess.

Terrible experience. This store used to have good customer service prepandemic but now it's run by young employees with no professionalism. They closed down the dressing rooms before I walked in because they were upset that customers weren't hanging up their gobacks. (which had nothing to do with me but I was aware of this because the employee told me since she heard me asking where the mirror was as the dressing rooms were closed). I walked in wearing my GBG jacket that I previously purchased and was yelled at by a young female hispanic employee because she thought the jacket was theirs and told me to hang it back up. Not only did she not apologize after I told her that the jacket was MINE, I overheard her talking smack about me to another coworker while she glared at me. She wasn't being discreet either, she purposely spoke loud enough and wanted ne to overhear. I immediately walked to checkout and asked to speak with a manager, and the same female runs up behind me and says "Oh I'm the manager" so I said "I need to make a complaint on how I was treated today. What's your name?" She replies, "I'm not obligated to give you my name" and I said "Yes you do if the complaint is about you" and she refuses again and tells her other employees to stay silent. I asked for a manager's card and a corporate number and she refuses to give it to me and told me to look at my receipt. The entire time she spoke to me with hostility so I took out my phone to record how I was being treated, and she RAN to the back employees area. Then I was escorted out the store by a young Hispanic male with long hair tied in a pony and he told me "Hope you have a terrible day YOU PEOPLE". This store has racist and unprofessional employees. This is so ridiculous, I can't believe how I was being treated while being a long time customer AND I also made a purchase that day!1) The "manager" should have apologized to me after finding out that the jacket belonged to me from a previous purchase.2) The "manager' should not have been publicly talking smack about me when she was in the wrong to start with.3) The "manager" should have provided me with her first name upon request as the complaint revolves her. And should not have ran away from me as I tried recording the way she was talking to me. If you are going to yell and be rude to a customer, you should Keep up the same energy while you are on camera.4) The other male employee, who has nothing to do with the situation, should have stayed in his lane and escort me out telling me to "Have a terrible day" and add fuel to the fire as I was already having a terrible day due to the GBG Employees. The "manager" was in the wrong. So why Did I have to get escorted? I didn't yell, I didn't steal. I asked for a name and was treated with disrespect and aggression.5) Also, since when was it store policy to close down dressing rooms because employees felt that it wasn't their job to put unwanted clothes back?To sum it all up, WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE at this location!
