I've gone to this location to purchase tires for 3 of my vehicles in the span of about 5 years. The level of service has declined horribly in the Last year! The last set of tires I bought with Installation, I was told it would be done by noon as I was there by 8am. I walk home and wait all day, no call for any updates and come 5pm I take the initiative to call multiple times and no answer. Finally the representative that answered told me they would have to keep my car over night because it was not done. I expressed my frustration because they did not Inform me and I had to figure out a way to get to work the next morning. I leave my vehicle and again the next day no status update. I decide to show up at 5pm and told the manager I need my car done. The manager was apologetic and informed me that he just started and will use this experience as a learning lesson. He released my vehicle as soon as it was done. 1.5 years later... I have a flat tire. called early Monday morning to ask what the wait time would be. Representative stated they only have 1 tech so it would be awhile. So I ask if Wednesday would be better, she said yes. I reply ok, Id like to make an appointment. She schedules me. I get there at my appointment time, gentleman asks may I help you? I say yes, I have an appointment at 8:30. He says ok, for drop off? I reply, No, I made an appointment to wait. He says " theres 6 cars in front of you that dropped off so it'll be all day. I said thats not going to work as I do not have a ride home. Gentleman says he only has one tech(they are short staffed). I stated, that should have been said over the phone prior to making an appointment. The gentleman's demeanor was just careless so I say cancel My appointment and I'll go to another location. Please save yourself a headache and go to another location that can keep their staff.

This company does not respect the warranty. I've bought other brands tires from American tires and the follow warranty guide lines. The manager there a Filipino I believe . I bought the tires less then a year ago and i got a blowout twice in a year. I told him to use the warranty I paid for to replace the tires. And he keep telling me that in order to use my warranty I had to buy new warranty. It don't make no sense. So what's the use of paying extra for the warranty. You should be an able to refuse to buy the warranty. What he was basically saying. If that in order to use my original purchase warranty. I had to buy a new warranty. No good don't go there. Worse tire place ever the manager don't even what to resolve or explain the warranty. He's flat out a jerk. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Im so confused this place makes America tires so prestige company

Showed up for my 1PM appointment, was told it would be a 3+ hour wait. Rescheduled for the following Monday only to find that they actually rescheduled me two weeks out. They couldn't find my original appointment; my guess is that these folks don't even know what day it is.

I brought my car in during there twice a year big sale.I bought some well needed tires at a great price. Gilbert and Bernadette were very helpful in providing guidance on my choice of tire. Upon inspection of my car they were able to diagnosed a few issues that could have been very costly if they were not addressed. Their mechanic Quan discovered I had an issue with my thermostat and hoses. Gilbert and Bernadette kept me posted on the repairs. I was happy that they provided updates with the cost so I was not taken by .Also Quan discovered I had an oil leak, which could have been a disaster if not address. Thank God It was a simple fix. I will continue to bring my car here for repair. I highly recommend Firestone.

My car got flat and I reached out to them right when they were closing. Gilbert was godsend who not only fixed the car tyre after hours but didn't even charge me. I am so so grateful to him.

I brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 for a pre-sales "Complete Vehicle Inspection +". Among the results reported was "Front Struts Blown", with an estimated repair cost of $1200. I took it to another mechanic who said that the struts are fine.When I got the vehicle home, I opened the hood to find the plastic engine cover was NOT fastened down, but simply laying on top of the engine. Further, the rubber engine cover mounts on the firewall side were missing. I found one of the laying loose on top of the engine, with the other one not to be found.In addition, a plastic cover to access the oil drain plug and oil filter was not only reinstalled improperly, but also missing one of the two screws.Needless to say, the technician who did this work needs supervision and more training.The inspection did properly identify needing a new battery and rear brake pads, which I already knew. While the inspection got these things right, for obvious reasons I do not plan to be a returning customer.

Was in a bind for tires they were able too help me in a purchase of new tires 2 of em was able too get a sale discount I live tracy and they took care of me as I pulled in with a nail in tire great service from manager too employees Gilbert and Nour .

Brought my truck in for tires. Gilbert and Bernadette provided great service and gave me a great deal on my tires and alignment. I've been here before and never have had any issue with my tires so I am confident this new set of tires is going to be great. Thank you Gilbert and Bernadette!

One of the worst Firestones. I made the appointment the day before at 12pm for an alignment. Got there at 12 the next day & didn't get my car until 6. 6 hours for the alignment lmao. I then pick it up & only because I pointed it out that the paper showed it wasn't aligned properly, they told me "that was the best we could get it" & told me I needed new control arms when I literally just replaced the whole suspension/control arms/end links/bushings. Took them 5-6 hours to do nothing. I've been to a couple of Firestone's & they always leave it right. Biggest fake it til you make it employees, the people in the front don't know shit. DONT GO HERE, GO TO THE ONE IN CAMPBELL.
