Crap service, staff rude and unprofessional, too busy having personal conversations to help customers. And for what it's worth this review wasn't written after a one time experience. I've had the displeasure of having to visit this dump five times this year. Each time it was the same crappy service!

Rude service and an unsuccessful print run. I came around 11AM on a Monday and the older lady just sounded like she hated her job but I guess I could mark it as someone who knows her job and just wants to get the job done, no messing around... if only the job could actually be done. I wanted to print a larger card stock sign and they directed me to use the self printer, which is fine because she at least showed me how to use everything since I seemed like a deer in headlights inside this place. What really sucked was that I printed and they self printer printed streaks and the my black print looked blue. As a sign for business, this was unacceptable but this site wouldn't do anything about it. I was being charged and made to feel like the print quality I had was normal and there was nothing to be done. I could have believed this but then I went to a fedex store at union city and had a WAY better experience and the machine printed in dark ink with no streaks. I just really did not like how this Milpitas fedex store acted like their quality was normal and fine.

This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait.

To the employee that was helping me on March 12, 2023 around 2:30pm, you are probably one of the reasons why this Fedex is getting poor ratings.I'm not the type to write negative reviews but I've worked in customer service my whole life and the way you treated me was not right and I hope you don't treat others this way as well.I'm not sure if you were having a bad day but I came in looking for helping shipping an amazon return aka a treadmill. I explained to you it was a portable treadmill that goes under a standing desk and weighs 64 lbs. The amazon seller instructed me to get a bike carton box as itll fit in it. I asked if you sold bike carton boxes and you looked at me like I was dumb and that you guys didn't carry it and didn't even bother checking your fedex website/calling other locations (which I clearly saw online or else I wouldnt ask). Then, the whole time you were talking to me was very demeaning when I was looking for help. I wanted to make sure information was entered correctly when you were generating the cost for the box and you just gave me attitude.It was ridiculous you tried to upcharge me on a customize box for $148 before tax to ship out a return. I ended up going to a different location which had the Standard Bike Carton box I was looking for and it was under $30.I hope you learn to change your attitude and treat people with kindness.

I could have given them zero rating but no option to select zero .Very unprofessional my print code was taking time and when it does i was taking my 5 print outs and out of which 2 print happened and 3 print out was pending and that was for kids school home work but the person ended my session by stating that we are closed and it is 8:06 PM while i went inside before 8 pm and inside staff was still working. Fedex you just lost one customer and i will make sure not to do any business going forward with FEDEX again in any location .

This was the worst experience picking my package. Christine and Daniel were unspportive and rude. I have shown the received FEDEX notice, proof of ID and residency, but these two will not give us our package. Please either retrain or replace with new hire - terrible service and unprofessional.

No one answers the phone, ha when you were told, your overnight would be in your office at 10am and then they change it to end of day, well who do you call? I was sent to the Fremont Hub location from the Automall location because their system was having issues. Turns out, their system wasn't having issues, the person working at the Automall location just didn't click the correct options so my delivery was not processing. ANYWAYS suffice it to say, the worker at the Fremont Hub location figured it out and I was able to ship it out successfully. Super helpful and patient and the location is very large and spacious. I noticed they sell a lot of items like cards for birthdays and calendars and snacks. Highly recommend this location!

The service is terrible! The staff, she’s not willing to help at all. When we arrived, she put us on hold for a long time while she was walking around for nothing! Then she just told us in a very rude way that our package was not ready for drop off because the tag was not tapped. First, it’s well packed with the label, second, she could’ve told us before we waited so long! This is sooooo terrible and unprofessional!
