To be honest, I have been maintaining my car here since I bought it, but my experience has become worse and worse in recent years, and I am considering whether to change it to another one. I made an appointment online every time and set up an advisor, but the one I got was different every time. So what’s the point of making an appointment?

Worst dealership. Added gap insurance when I declined. Unwilling to provide invoice for sale of truck after stating it would be included with jump drive (it was never there). Had to go back 2 times in person until I finally got lucky somebody answered their phone and was able to provide (took over a month) Now they shipped me plates with no tags, DMV says i need to pay $27 Unbelievable, I'll make sure you guys regret this one. Have fun getting karma Terrible people here

I have never seen such professional service as great as this one...I had my office car fixed and the people were so courteous and professional from the receptionist to the service representative and salesman as well...I am well informed of everything that is happening to my car, they served snacks popcorn water soft drinks and coffee. I went back to have my personal car fixed and Brandon was so thorough and clear in explaining to me what is the scope of the service. Professional service is what he delivered. I will always have my Toyota fixed here. They even gave me a video of my car check up and their recommendations. I will inform all my friends about their exemplary service. Thank you...

I'm very upset because they added things that we didn't agree to buy. Between the saleperson and I, we agreed that they would have to remove the Zurich Shield's warranty before I would agree to buy the truck. But while I was filling out the paperwork to buy a truck, they stuffed it back in without letting me know. They didn't explain anything to me. This is the worst dealership. Don't go to this dealership. All they want is your money. If possible, I would like to return the truck I bought from them.

This is for service department. They are very very busy, so they do not care much for simple services like oil change and will try to chase customers away with very high prices and unpleasant customer service. I strongly recommend Capitol Toyota service instead, less crowded, no appointments needed, quick, organized, professional, offers discount without you even asking. My oil change came down from $149 (Milpitas) to $88 (Capitol). Glad I left. Thanks Marvin Mallari for NOT willing to provide good customer service. He said "we are very busy".

Very unprofessional dealership. They delayed paying off my trade in a couple of weeks as the check was "lost". The sales manager and finance man do not return phone calls to answer questions. They try to force a paint protection on the sale after a deal had already been negotiated. I recommend shopping elsewhere. Do not waste your time here.

I would recommend getting a car here any day! I bought my car from Pari and she was very nice and helpful! I am so in love with my 4Runner!

The service advisors are nice but 100% ignorant about anything automotive. The service techs seem to be required to sell additional services that are unneeded. DO NOT trust them! In my case they advised an alignment on a very low mileage unit exhibiting perfect tire wear and driving characteristics. The service tech did not test drive the unit before advising the alignment. With dealers making all their profit from the service department there is inventive to sell unneeded services. This shop is the epitome of that trend. BTW I've worked as a mechanic in a Chevy dealership including alignments. I also got an "A" in a State Collage course on the topic.

Wow, The service department pricing is insane. You have to haggle with the service reps to get a better price otherwise you will be screwed. Do your homework and shop around for pricing before you go here.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Do not go to this place go somewhere else. The sales manager (Steve) is a liar and is unprofessional. We bought a vehicle and signed the paperwork then went back to trade in our car and he made us sign more paperwork after we signed and reviewed the paperwork they scammed us with a higher price and didn't give us money for our trade in. They also reduced our warranty on the vehicle without even discussing it with us. We tried to speak to him about it after and he came up to us and yelled in our faces in front of the whole store. This man shouldn't be working here. We were just trying to understand what happened with the paperwork and they kept avoiding answering us. Since Steve doesn't want to admit his finance employee messed up (we have proof) then we will be going to the BBB and seeking legal advice if needed.

Beware dealing with this place! My partner and I have been searching for a Sienna and saw one available. We knew there would be a mark-up but we called to confirm the exact price we would pay off the lot because we didn't want to drive all the way there with 2 young kids and a baby (which we explained and double confirmed over the phone). Unfortunately, the price shared was entirely wrong and not only did they waste our time but we feel very tricked by all of the convoluted and contradictory claims -- specifically 1) told on the phone by a woman that the price listed (+$1.5k above MSRP would be the final price before taxes, no other mark up). After driving there as fast as we could when the car arrived, the dealer said he would re-confirm but ultimately quoted a +$9k mark up plus a bunch of pricey add-ons - all in, the Sienna would have cost $90K! 2) we were told we were the first on the waiting list but first come, first serve. After coming in and filling in all the paperwork with the junior dealer, we were told by a manager that the car already had been negotiated / pre-sold to 4 other parties at a higher price including someone who was supposedly already on a flight from LA. Either they were being untruthful to us or they were going to sell the car out from someone who was flying up to take delivery all to squeeze out a few more dollars. The dealers ultimately did apologize for giving us the runaround, but based on other reviews, this sounds common. Im not listing the dealers names here bc I don't want to single out individuals but please beware of the dealership overall. There are other honest dealers / dealerships out there so suggest you don't waste your time here.

I wish I could have given them zero star but let's be minimalist as the service and sales are awful. I booked a car months ago and when it was available at dock, they asked for markup and the manager DJ I was dealing with agreed that there is no markup at the time of booking. BS service and zero customer care. I will make sure that me and anyone I am aware of should never go to envision toyota Milpitas for any car buying/selling or service. Worst then I could even have a night mare.

I spoke to a sales person and manager (Steve) several times before I bought my car and I was assured I would not be paying more than MSRP on the vehicle and that was agreed. Now it makes sense to me why they would not have me make a deposit on the car... Then I come in and frankly the whole experience was off putting as I was made to feel like a mark and that I was going to be taken advantage of; - after we had already discussed several times I would not be paying more than MSRP I was told me the car was going to cost me several thousand over MSRP, - 3 or 4 times I was told by the salesperson needed to "get the numbers from his manager" and he would go off and then come back with different proposals, - the dealership did not mention or include the $4500 TFS rebate until I repeatedly asked for it, - still came back 3rd time and marked up MSRP, - when I go to do the financing, I am told there is a 650 fee which I asked about and tried to clarify there was some lame description - when in fact it is a straight dealer mark up over and above MSRP, - on top of that there is a $1495 fee for a required "paint" warranty program which is just slipped in after the negotiation about selling price. And it's clearly just a revenue scam for the dealership. - plus the experience took 3 hours Net I would not go near these guys again to buy a car.

THIEVES. SCAMMERS. Do not trust them! Make sure to always read anything they give you and do NOT sign anything you do not understand/know the price of. That's how they STEAL your money.
