This place has terrible rude service advisors. My wife always asks me to go in with her because of how rude they are. I hope corporate sees this and looks into it. Contact me and I am happy to discuss the details.

DO NOT get a car from this place, I have been on the phone trying to get a hold of someone the last two days about my license plates because I have not yet received them and it's been two months. I called the DmV and they had no records of anything sent to them. The only person that actually called me back was NO HELP, and tried to just tell me to wait but didn't try to actually help so I got upset and then he proceeded to text me things saying unprofessional things back to me. This place is a nightmare all they care about is selling there without truly caring about there customers you are just going to be dollar signs to them with any way they can say and do just to get your money

I went into envisions Honda of Milpitas to have my oil changed which is covered through my warranty Shivneel Deo told me that I would have to have a major tune-up which is required at 20 to 30,000 miles I was at 22,000 I asked him if it could wait a week or two so that I could be financially able to do it he said that if I didn't have it done Metals would go into my oil and cancel my warranty and that I should just get a loan from Sun bit with 0% financing and that I would only pay $300 when my car was done at the end of it I had to pay $ 333 what he didn't tell me is that I would have to pay close to $600 for the 0% financing on $1,000 loan I told him in the beginning that I did not have the money when I walked out of there I was in a 12-month payment plan at 35% financing charges and I had to pay $300 for that due to I had already had the work done and did not have the money to pay it when I looked at the paperwork all I had done was my air conditioner filter changed and some of my parts cleaned the parts totaled up to $300 the labor totaled up to $1100 then I went in to speak to the manager and found out that it was Shivneel I asked to speak to the general manager Mike Atapour who then told me that they would reimburse me the $333 plus the $296 that I had to pay to get the loan I did receive the $333 at the end of the day they said that they couldn't reimburse me the 296 that they had promised me this is my third vehicle with Honda and to be honest I will not go back they pressure you into either buying a vehicle or repairing stuff that you really don't need to if you go to envisions Honda of Milpitas be ready to be ripped off

This review is for the used car manager David Ramirez, service writer Stevie Tausan, and Abdul used car manager. I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot in October 2023. I did notice the car had an alignment issue that according to the technician was corrected which was not, I also did not receive my second key, and it only came with less than half a tank of gas. I was hesitant to give them a review at that time because I felt that the car still had an alinement issue. After speaking with the team, I named above on January 27, 2024, I brought in my car for a second diagnoses. They did a great job. OVERALL RATING David Ramirez A+: For understanding the situation that I was in, and perfect customer service. Abdul A+: For great customer service and understanding the situation I was in. Stevie Tausan C: Better communication please and honesty. Technician C: Would be an A if I didn't have to come in for a second time.

Don't ever purchase a car from here. We have had the same problem as other reviewers. Purchased a car from here in May 2023. It is now January 2024 and we still do not have our license plates nor the deed to the car bc the DMV indicates that it has not received the registration fee we paid to Envision. While Envision has responded to others below that they should contact Envision directly to get this resolved, we have gone in in person twice. Talked to different people at envision who promised to take care of it for us. Texted them follow ups to which we only receive an "ok" in response while things are not, in fact, ok. We have now opened a fraud complaint with the DMV but it's ridiculous. The service department, in response to a recall notice, also messed up the wiring in our car and we had to bring it back in. Needless to say - but let me say it anyway - we have had a terrible experience here.

Bought my toyota rav4 from here with no problems. They then send me a coupon to get the oil change and tires rotated for 39 dollars. I get there on my appointed time and the rude worker says. This is honda we only specialize in honda so do yourself a favor and goto a toyota. I said you guys sent me the offer for here and it's just a oil change and tire rotation. Same attitude from the worker like he was having a bad day. Why send me offers?

Envision made the purchase of our Used 2013 Subaru Outback Limited a breeze. From their team's quick response to our inquiry, to scheduling our appointment for test driving, and then financing. Everything was all done in the same day and we were in and out within 2 hours. Thank you Nour! We never felt pressured to buy but we knew that was the one we wanted. They had many Used and New cars in inventory. We had spent the weekend comparing and researching cars of the same make and model. We felt they gave us a fair price. Do your research, know what you want, and it should be pretty straightforward here. They will take care of you.

I had an excellent experience at Envision Honda, especially with their quick and efficient oil change service. The team, led by the very helpful Adrian, made sure the entire process was smooth and swift. Adrian's expertise and friendly approach added a lot of value to my visit. He answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout. It's refreshing to see such professionalism and dedication. Envision Honda sets the bar high for automotive services, and with staff like Adrian, they truly stand out as the best in the business. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for fast, reliable car service.

Writing this after attempting to contact directly and getting no response. I've been servicing my 2010 Honda at this business ever since I bought it there, which was two business name changes ago. My spouse has been doing the same with her 2018 Honda. In last service visit for my 2010 Honda ~6000$ of needed repairs were identified. This was communicated to me via text message even though I was sitting in the lobby 100 feet from the service rep. Not knowing what to do I reached out, and was told that I need to click "accept" or "deny" for each repair. My car isn't worth 6000$ so obviously I needed some advice. Moreover, I was waiting in the lobby, and need my car for work, so knowing how to schedule the repairs would have been important. What I would have really liked would be for the service rep to spend 5 minutes talking to me about the needed repairs. What is critical, what can wait. What might be repaired vs. wholesale replaced. I would have needed to know when they could do the work, and how long the would take. Not having any of this information my only option was to click "deny" on most everything and leave in my apparently unsafe to drive vehicle. I understand they are trying to maximize throughput, but unwillingness to spend 5 minutes with a customer that's going to spend thousands of dollars in repairs is just not smart. They employee service reps whose job is to meet and interact with customers. What were they doing that was more important? Update: In response to Mike A. from Envision Honda, I did try to contact you. I messaged using your web form. I got a response, but they told me they couldn't help because they were in sales (even though I selected "service" in the form). They said they forwarded the request to service. I never received a response. I also got a text from the service rep asking if I was happy with my service. I said clearly "no", and they never responded after that. Update 2: After taking my car to a different repair shop, I learned that the $4,000 replacement of my steering system was not required. The service tech suspected that the Envision Honda tech mistook the leaking transmission fluid with leaking power steering fluid. Update 3: They also misdiagnosed my transmission problem. I was told it was a leaking driver side axel. After bringing it to a transmission shop I learned it was actually a leaking main case. I inspected it myself up on the rack. The driver side axel was completely dry.

My son took his 2012 Civic to have two wheel studs replaced on the rear wheels. It was his first time at this dealer. What we thought would be a $150 simple repair (Larry Hopkins Honda quote) and the initial Envision estimate of $230, it turned into a $900+ repair. With a $180 discount (really?), the cost was $725. Service advisor, Michael Kim and technician (Sean Pingue) took advantage of my son's inexperience dealing with repairs. Beware of this dealer's service department! Since the departure of South Bay Honda and their top notched service team, we have have seen Piercey and now Envision rip off Honda car owners -- best to avoid this place.

I needed a new battery for my Honda Civic. I debated whether to trust Envision Honda. I decided to get it from Auto Zone. Of course, it needed to reset and initialize the system after changing the battery. It did not reset after an hour, so I went to Envision to ask their advice. I waited 45 minutes and no one came out to check as I waited outside the service center. I left and checked with my neighbor and checked Google. We were able to reset the system by pressing the audio on off button for 2 seconds. I am so glad no one helped me. It would have cost me for this advice. I am glad I did not trust Envision to get my new battery.

Walked into parts department with a Genuine Honda Battery I purchased OTC in 2019, Receipt in hand, was a 100 Month battery. Parts guy (kid) asked me what I needed, I said I have a battery here ( I put the old battery on the counter and he saw it) and it should be covered by a pro-rated warranty...he cut me short and said you need to go see a service advisor...huh? So I walked over spoke to SA, ( explained aforementioned) she asked me what I needed help with, she was very confused also, asked me where the battery was, I pointed behind her where my battery was still sitting in the parts counter, she walked over asked parts kid what was going on, she was just as confused as I was, so she called over the service manager (Shivneel D) I explained again to him (aforementioned) he said no we cant warranty your battery , it has to be in the car, HUH? what? I said wait what, I said it wont start, its a bad battery and I have a MIDTRONICS battery tester printout to prove it, has a bed cell, he said NO we cant use that we use our own tester and we have to scan your vin, so our warranty claims don't get kicked back. He said your going to have to tow it here so we can test it in the car. I replied ( very frustrated now and upset) It wont start., so what? I have to tow it here? Yes your going to have to tow it here , no other option. He said no warranty. We continued to have an elevated debate, and in the end he said we are not going to honor the warranty with your battery out of your car. I walked out very mad, drove to Fremont Honda Autonation, and again explained what happened at Milpitas Honda, parts guy said, no that only applied to if you had the battery installed by Honda, did you buy it OTC, I said yes here's my receipt, fast forward 15 minutes later I walked out with a Pro-rated warranty Battery, as is the normal procedure to honor OTC Honda batteries with receipt that is still under warranty ( pro-rated). In the end (Shivneel D) really needs to review his procedures and process's , better his face-to-face interactions with customers and really ask better questions and maybe even consult the parts manager to make sure before stone-facing customers and aggravating them. Get your act together, terrible experience with Milpitas Honda.

I made an appointment with my car advisor I showed up he was asking me what the appointment was for. I had to check my notes which was weird to me since we had agreed before what I was going to get done on this date. I also felt like he did not communicate effectively with me -and my boyfriend did not want me to get any repairs here ,but its Honda so in a sense I trust them. I got a discount on my repairs which was nice, but I would highly suggest for the service department to also make videos of when things are repaired not just on initial inspection. My wait was several hours and the lounge area is not the best (uncomfortable) one the internet was not working as was the coffee machine ,furthermore they had no water nothing but sugary sodas and the restroom had what look like feces stains on the bathroom stalls. I had to order food (D.D)because I had no idea we can borrow a car. I think this place has room for improvement not sure if I will go back praying my repairs were done correctly.
