Very professional and organized. Came to get my taxes done and went extremely fast. The wait lobby was very tidy and has tv and games as you wait. I definitely would recommend this place to get your taxes done.

My experience with "Empyreal Group" for my takes was amazing. They made the process pleasant, while also being fast and simple. I had the pleasure of working with Alexis, she was very professional, easy to talk to, and very quick with responses. This year was my first time working with them and I definitely plan on coming back next year. I just sent her all my information which she was able to confirmed within a few minutes. If there was additional information she needed she was clear with her directions and where I could find the correct information. What made this experience even nicer was it all being from the comfort of my own home like other services, but with the benefits of the one on one experience without all the extra cost. Very effortless, and headache free would highly recommend.

First time ever that my tax situation has been complex enough to need help from someone who knows what they're doing (as opposed to just winging it on my own on turbo tax). So glad I asked Jason for help! He took the time to explain everything to me, helped me understand how to maximize my refund, helped me get deductions I didn't even know I was eligible for, and gave me tips on how I can prepare for next year as well. Price was totally reasonable - I'll definitely be coming back next year.

Jason and Alexis did an excellent job with my tax return. Great communication with me as they were working on it, very responsive with my answers to their questions in order to maximize my tax refund and they were able to finish and file the return in just a couple of days. Also very reasonable pricing for their services. In addition they were very accommodating considering the fact that I live close to SF and they are based in Milpitas. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a tax professional to file your return.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Alexis and she was extremely helpful and helped me saved a lot on my taxes last year. I own property and stocks and was worried my taxes this year would be complicated and I would owe a lot. She was very prompt to answer all my questions regarding how taxes work and help me understand a lot more than before I came in. I will be coming back next year and I highly recommend!

I first heard of Empyreal Group from a friend that use their services. I own my own business and need my yearly taxes done, little did I know I would be hit with surprise taxes and added expenses due to not filing properly in the last few years. Jason is the accountant that helped me through strategizing future tax plans while stabilizing my current taxes. Yearly Tax, quarterly Tax and amending 2019. We were able to minimize the blow and come up with a plan. They also set me up as a LLC to reduce liability to me personally. I would recommend this group if you have your own business or need your taxes done, I would even add from my experience that financial planning with Jason is a step in the right direction.

One of my customers referred me here to do my business tax. They’re very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I got a lot more refunds back than my previous years at my old tax place. Took two weeks longer this year to get my refunds , but Alexis were very responsive to my concerns and kept me updated. Definitely recommend!
